My daughters pink drink tasted like water an the cashier said we can just remake it, that she didn’t need the other drink back. So my daughter goes an pours it out an then another barista’s came up an demanded the other drink back. Like we were lying!. Zero stars if I could!. Yes this is scottsdale but treat everyone the same!. Also don’t be laughing on your headset making it SO SO obvious you are talking about the customer!!.

This is one hard to navigate to drive through! The entrance is really tight. The staff was friendly and efficient with my order. Iced tea was as expected and very refreshing !

The baristas here are so nice and welcoming. I’ve been coming in and sitting for 2-3 hours at a time, and they never make me feel bad for staying so long.There are also plenty of outlets to plug into here for working on a laptop. Big reason why I come to this location.

On our way to Sedona, we stopped at this Starbucks. Simple and easy to order. Polite staff at the window. In and out in no time. Our drinks were perfect and made like we ordered them. Highly recommended!

The way they make the brown sugar and toasted vanilla oat milk shaken espresso is totally wrong “missing the right amount of ice and not well shaken also not the right oat milk brand” I don’t know why the oat milk brand that Starbucks uses in Arizona is lower quality than the one Starbucks uses in California. I suggest that Arizona Starbucks uses the same oat milk brand in California stores. Other than that the store staff are excellent.
Our order took forever. There was only two people in line. I watched them make two sandwiches while we were waiting for only one drink. No one said good morning or have a nice day. Or said anything, only what we owed. Super strange.
