This location is always so busy. I come in sometimes before work to grab a coffee that I pre-order. Last Friday someone swiped my drink- Alexis was super quick to help me out, remake my drink and get me out the door. Excellent customer service!!

Somewhat clean and spacious location with plenty of seating. Easy access in and out with a drive-thru and a large free parking lot. Poor customer service culture.

I'm so tired of being disappointed by Starbucks. The drinks made here are inconsistent. When your expecting a drink ordered the same way every time to taste the same or almost the same everytime and it doesn't, sad. I'm done telling the staff and customer service. What's the point? I'm just sad I have to find another coffee shop.

Bathroom recently remodeled apparently, but already needs maintenance. Faster than average service during medium busy time.Parking: A little difficult to ingress/ egress depending on timing. Line for drive through can cause it.

I came to this location against all the bad review warnings because it's closest to my job. Let's just say I should've listened. I ordered a chai with no foam. I should've taken the picture before I scooped 2 inches of it off the top. I'm sick of Starbucks being lazy and not pouring the drinks like they should when you ask for no foam. I used to work at Starbucks, so I know how they're doing it. We don't pay the prices we do for it not to be full when we don't want adds like foam or whipped cream. I will never go here again. Ridiculous.
I often visit the Starbucks location on Hayden Rd. In Scottsdale. My drink of choice is usually a Medicine Ball with Mint Majesty Tea. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome by the staff and enjoy the inviting atmosphere. Madi goes above and beyond by providing service excellence in every interaction. She greets customers by name, also remembers their drinks, and any modifications customers may request. What makes her service memorable and exceptional is her genuine approach, caring manner, and warm smile with every customer. I always enjoy my visit at this Starbucks location and definitely recommend stopping in for your favorite coffee, drink or snack. Madi is a star!

Drive thru speaker is broken so it takes 30 minutes for four cars. Opens at 4:30 AM on a Saturday and everyone who's up that early knows it. Also out of the holiday danish.

I come to this Starbucks often as I live right next door. The employees are great and make really great coffee but the fact that their speaker and drive through has been down for weeks now is insane. Management and Starbucks needs to be more on top of repairs as this location is prime but suffering. There are no employees outside taking orders to speed up the process and no improvise on managements end to be more efficient. Do better.
