Service was great. I had to leave grossed out when I realized the worker went into the bathroom with his apron on.. I ended up just tossing the rest of my food. They were really nice though.

If you order online, beware they will royally mess up your sandwiches. Ordered three sandwiches for lunch to be delivered and when we received them, they had mixed up the types of bread each sandwich were on, put things that we didn't want and missed things that we requested. I have never had such a screw up ordering from another location to be delivered. Don't order from here unless you can actually watch them make your sandwich. Super disappointing

The guy in morning was so unhappy you could tell I don’t usually give reviews but he was notProfessional at all his attitude was terrible and still gave him a tip and was not appreciated which is a shame I don’t know who hires these people but this was a mistake

Completely messed up my online order. When I called the store they practically told me I was shit out of luck. It's actually ridiculous that subway has gotten this bad. I would not recommend coming here your money is better spent at a company that truly appreciates your money and time. If I could give a zero star I would! The employees made no attempt to rectify or correct the situation as well which really rubbed me the wrong way so I will no longer go to this location, which sucks because it's so close and I've gone regularly for years. Just a great way to lose loyal customers.

Tristan and Peter provided such a great customer experience. This store was slammed with around 70 orders in a few hours during the auto show and the place looked great, the ingredients were really fresh and they accommodated my fussy order perfectly and with wonderful service. If I could give a 0 I would. The last 6 orders this Subway has messed up and each time I send a message to Subway on Twitteri ordered a Turkey Italiano on Italian herbs and cheese and again I got a piece of white bread with cheese and pepperonis on it? AND they roll these sandwiches so tight it looks like a hot dog

Not sure what is going on here these days, but wow - WHAT A BAD DIFFERENCE in our meal this time. UNTOASTED/COLD MEATBALL SUB WITH 1/2 the normal cheese, missing items on Ham sub, etc. **SEE PICS FOR DESCRIPTIONS ** Door Dash - DASHER WAS AWESOME!! So quick to be there, arrived before the time due, FOUND our place very quickly, (others dashers/or other companies for food/grocery/etc deliveries take forever driving around or walking around to find our place. Read the extra help of directions we give! ALSO- This dasher left the laying down instead of upright, which is awesome to keep insides/condiments in place!

They say that they're taking the coronavirus seriously, but I went into this Subway on 04/07/2021 and the three people working there made no effort to require that the people in line -- most of whom were high school students -- put on masks. I asked whether they required masks, and was told "it's each individual's choice." Gov. Ducey has removed the mask mandate, but individual businesses still have the right to require mask wearing, and most do so. Not this place.

Employee knew nothing about lawsuit with subway regarding if real runa used in sandwiches and as a result . Company offering 15% discount, showed copy of statement and still insisted never heard of it nor manager. Store
