This subway won't honor their coupons. I would suggest going to other subways. Every other subway in the area accepts the same coupons. Just skip this location.

When I came into the shop today to order sandwiches, I saw the one employee wiping down cooler glass with a wet white rag. She stopped the activity to make sandwiches but FAILED to wash her hands prior to putting on serving gloves. This is wholly unsanitary and reckless. Everyone's health is far more important than casual attention to germ control transfer. I promptly left after stating my complaint.

After a few years I tried subway again. Let's just say that has not improved at but seems to gotten worse..Ordered a footlong and could not even eat half. The bread was so disgusting. Inedible. Back to Jersey Mike's for a real tasty sub.

Did not greet. Staff was in the back. When staff came out the two continue talking to each other, and after their conversation, the lady working just simply asked what can I get you? I left.

Avoid the Foot long churro, unless you haven’t had one before because it was gross. Uncooked in the middle and overdone on the edges. Not worth $2 But the staff was friendly and the store was clean.

to our surprise they were all in the back a minute later two of them started to come out then the third one that decided to come out was a guy wearing gloves allready comes up to the counter and I asked him to put on new gloves and he won't put on new gloves the only gloves that fit him are in the back they're extra large very poor customer service too busy socializing instead of following protocol and procedures to make sure no one gets sick especially these days just disgusting when you can see someone touching door knobs and other things before he comes to make a sandwich who wants to eat after what he's touched ??

Girl with blue has a bad attitude was really rude to her coworker. Was rushing and mixing up customers orders and rushed our order so bad both of our two Churro were way under cooked and gooey. She made comments under her breath we could clearly hear from our table. She's the kind of employee that will make me never come back here again. I came in in a group of 4 and all of us will never be back to this location. The churro was a new item we were excited to try and it was underbaked and gross.

Honestly the worst Subway I've ever been to.If you want Subway go to the other location by Hayden Rd.At least workers there aren't rude and can make a correct order.Went there today after ordering 3 subs online. Picked up my order and went back home and checked my subs. 1 was correct (I guess because it was simple enough with just meat and banana peppers) but the other 2 were completely wrong. I mean like a mile off from what I had actually ordered. Plus both were drenched in mayonnaise.So I grabbed the 2 and went back there to get my order corrected. 1 of the 2 kids there was really rude acting like I'm a nuisance for wanting what I had ordered. Insisting the subs he made were correct.Then the other one chimed in and said he can remake the subs but I'd have to wait a little which was fine.So after about 15 minutes and several customers later I got my "redone" order and went back home.Again after opening my sub it was still wrong. Had again mayonnaise on it while I never ordered it. But at least it was only very light so I ate it. My wife came home later and grabbed her sub and took a bite and spit it back out.Her sub had even after being "redone" so much mayonnaise on it u could easily make 3 or 4 subs with that.This was definitely the last time I went to this specific location.Rude customer service and even after redoing an order its still wrong. And no manager present. Just 2 kids barely old enough to work.Like I said. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location. I'm not the only 1* review with similar complaints.Go to Hayden Rd. Those folks are friendly and make correct orders.

I've written 4 reviews in my life, but the service at this Scottsdale Crossing Subway needs criticism. We recently placed an online order for 2 sandwiches, got home and found both sandwiches were completely wrong. I called the store and reported this to 1 of the 2 managers on duty. That manager reported that they had reviewed their video footage and confirmed the sandwiches were made wrong, and then took our name and stated they were logging us for free sandwiches on our next visit to correct the issue. When I returned today and provided our name, the employee stated "we don't do that." The employee then dialed the store manager and handed me the phone... the store manager refused to take the corrective action and affirmed they don't log names. How annoying, and we're disappointed to not be visiting our neighborhood Subway in the future. Shameful service.

They did have a slicer in the store, but I think it was a prop. It was not used at all during my visit and was just kind of overlooking the scene, bit out of action. So, not sure if they sliced the meat on advance or not? Without that, it was just an normal, average typical sub.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! i had the rudest worker helping me while i was there! She was so disrespectful and rude from the beginning. I think she needs to find a new place to work because she has a stick up her butt. The other workers were very nice and polite unlike her. If i was the manager or coworker i would want her fired. I saw on her name tag that her name was kenzie. I'm very disappointed and will not be going back there. It takes the bare minimum to treat others with respect. I have worked several customer service jobs so i know it's not hard to fake a smile and be polite to them.

Other than my sandwhich we had a bad experience and that was burnt as well. Starting with the rude employees who you could tell didn’t want to be there. I asked for spinach instead of lettuce and got eye rolls and my sandwich slammed down. While we sit down to eat they are all literally screaming back there and shouting. We hear them talking about us while we are right there and a few others in line were shocked when they had to deal with the same thing. One lady even asked why she was being treated this way and the response was an huge sigh and “any other sandwich for you today or is that all now?”.Asking for the restroom key resulted in her tossing it across the counter getting frustrated she has to take her glove off. This was not a great experience and I will not be coming back to this location. If I could give it a zero I DEFINITELY WOULD.
