My husband placed the order and when it was done sent me in to pick it up. I saw they seemed to be working on the order , when I confirmed the worker walked away for about 5 minutes when she returned I walked over to ask for them to reheat the sandwiches then I realized they had the wrong meat. I brought it up and requested that they remake them they started to remake them and I walked away to wait another 15 minutes thinking that they would follow the online order instructions. When we finally got home and opened the sandwiches 2 out of three where completely wrong missing add ons such as avocado bacon and lettuce and over veggies. I didn't anticipate that they would mess up the sandwiches so badly two time in a row but I can say they need better staff. They were rude and slow and managed to mess up the whole thing

I haven't eaten at Subway for years. Got a gift card for Subway from a friend and thought I'd give it a try.The person behind the counter was so rude that I walked out and never ordered. We complained to the owner, who was almost as rude and acted like he didn't care.I won't eat at this Subway EVER, even though it's next to my house!

The only sandwich I've got at subway was the roast beef. The last few times I've been there it was not on the menu. Looks like it's not coming back so there is no reason to go back. 40+ years

Called corporate to get information as to why the specific location I ordered from didn’t have eggs. They stated that their supplier was out of eggs. They can’t go to a local establishment like Walmart, Safeway, Fry’s. To even get eggs to cook and give to customers as they don’t have the equipment at the locations to cook said eggs. Upon speaking with the young lady on the phone at the corporate office, all she could offer me was a coupon for a free 6 inch sub. Unfortunately, that’s not compensation enough for the entire order that I just purchased from them. Inquired about receiving a $50 gift certificate, and she stated that she was not able to. This is the corporate office! They should be able to authorize any type of compensation to anybody for anything that happens. Maybe they need to look at their regulations or whatever it may be to make sure that your customers are happy.

First I tried to order via my subway app but it is acting up. So I called the location. Twice. No answer. When I drove there I asked about it and was told they don't take phone orders--I know they used to. The server was inattentive and had to be corrected multiple times while the other person got the instructions for the people in front of me messed up. I got home 5 minutes later to find the meatball marinera cold. I heated it in the microwave and after my husband bit into it he found a hair. I wanted to send this privately but cannot find a place to do this. We've always enjoyed Subway sandwiches but I will nit ge returning to that location again.

Walked in to the Apache junction location at the corner of Signal Butte and Maine today to get 2 foot long subs. There was 2 employees. A female employee, who WASN'T a manager cuz I asked her if she was and a male kid who was clearly in training which I have no problem with someone in training. The female from the moment I walked in had a nasty attitude as though I was bothering them since they were in the back room. The male employee came to assist me, but whenever he had a question about how to make a mere HAM foot long sub and had to ask the female, AGAIN HER ATTITUDE WAS OF SHE WAS BEING BOTHERED!! I was the ONLY customer in there so she/they WERE NOT BUSY!!! I personally WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!! Corporate, you can THANK today's female employee for the LOSS OF MY BUSINESS!!! Today is Tuesday April 26th, 2022 in the event ownership of that location would like to address the female employee who just cost them my business!!! The shift was around 2:30-3:00pm.

Worst sandwiches ever at 49th /Thomas! Stale bread overly toasted so it fell apart.. Barely any tuna in 2 sandwiches. Beef and cheese was barely visible!! What a waste. So disappointing. All never go back!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had coming to a subway. Everything with getting my sandwich was fine, after I paid, one of the employees started shouting at me. Accusing me of coughing, when either me nor, my fiancé did. This employee gave us dirty looks the entire time we entered the store, and then began screaming at us to get out, AFTER We paid for our food. I've never felt so targeted, just coming to a subway.I have been coming to subway for two years and never had a problem until today. I believe the only difference is I was not in scrubs and I was wearing a tunic dress with leggings and my ash blessing from praying.This attitude from this employee needs to be addressed, because it feels like he targeted me and my fiancé because we are Hindu.I will be reporting this to corporate and I hope his manger can help him adjust his attitude towards customers and essential workers.

Sad to say Subway corporate office doesn't care when their franchise owners, like Kevin Meyer, writes bad checks for his employees. When I called and made them aware of the situation they didn't seem to care & reffered me to the labor board. Thanks for not caring Subway! How can we eat fresh when our checks are bouncing? But don't worry, now the internet knows about this illegal activity. Hopefully you'll investigate further, because this guy is giving your brand a horrible name.
