We had a large catering order that was handled with such great care. Leila and Donna were very professional and had the food prepared and packaged to make it so easy for us. Food was great and exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend

If you order from this store,, for delivery from the Subway app, DO NOT order chips or drinks. I have ordered from this store several times and have been sent only sandwiches and no sides. They'll charge you for it, but won't deliver them. When I've tried to call and complain, I get no answer. The other day (Feb. 4, 2024), I ordered a sandwich, with Chips and soda, and of course, no chips and soda. When I called, I got through, and the person who answered said, he remembered my order and he wrote on the receipt to let the Door Dasher know to include the chips and drink. The employee said he saw no reason for him to go around the counter to get the chips and the drink, when the driver can do it instead. Great customer service. In all I figured I've been shorted about 5 or 6 side orders in the last few months. Why do I still order from here?It's close by, it's tasty and it's affordable....when I get my sides. I've complained to corporate but never received a reply back.Be warned, don't order chips, drinks or any other sides for delivery, because they'll just pawn the blame off onto the delivery driver, who just takes what's given to them to deliver.

I visited this location to pick up an online order. The potato chip part of the combo was not packed with the order. I called the restaurant to request a refund for the absent chips. The personnel refused to grant me a refund for the missing items. They instead offered me the chips if I chose to burn expensive fuel to come back to the store, and also a six-inch sub as fulfillment. This is not practical because we had already eaten. Because of the decision made by the "sandwich artist" manager, I will no longer patronize this Subway location, and will encourage others to do the same. I have been a customer since 1981, and have been in the customer service business for nearly 40 years, and expect much better than I have experienced. Hopefully, someday before Subway loses its financial shirt, they will realize the meaning of the phrase "the customer is always right".
There is a dude here that is super rude and makes nasty comments about people when they are being checked out. Even coupon shames them. Will never come back.

Workers at this location are slow and lack common sense. Last time I was in was a bit late in the evening, the kid gave me some meat that Im assuming sat in the open all day, absolutely threw up all day the next day.Today I go in, the guy decides to take an online order of 3 sandwhiches instead of helping the person standing in front of him, wouldnt be an issue except i beleive he is a jerries kid, moves a bit slow.

Amazing costumer service very sweet people, They all greet everyone who walks in and makes sure your taken care of right away with your order.
