Ordered 6 sandwiches for a total of $80 and 5 of the sandwiches were completely wrong and 1 sandwich wasn't even one we ordered so completely unacceptable also had chicken cartilage in it and next time you have an online order try to READ the items requested!!!

I was pleased at the level of customer service I received from Angela at the Scottsdale and Shea location, and Sal the General Manager was incredibly helpful in processing my refund. Thank you so much! I will be back. These two are great representatives for the Subway brand.

I have ordered at least 6 sandwiches randomly online through the app within the last 3 weeks. It says it is ready to pick up but 4 out of 6 times it is not. Spoke with a manager about it. She apologized and advised the sandwich maker that she needs to finish online orders before taking care of the customers at the store. She also told me that the app’s algorithm marks the sandwich complete automatically!!! Well guess what I waited for my sandwich AGAIN !!! Don’t mark a sandwich finished until it is truly finished.

All of us know that subway is at best acceptable, not great. Yes, the staff is polite and the store seems clean but I just ordered and paid for $25 worth of subs AND AFTER they are made he tells me they ARE OUT OF LETTUCE! WHAT THE HELL?! If they weren't walking distance from my house I would never have gone there. For Christ sake, take a lesson from Jimmy Johns and try to at least be competitive. Never again!
