Kevin helped us choose our menu and customized it to exactly what I wanted. He didn't over sell anything and made suggestions based on what we envisioned. His staff cooked a beautiful gourmet meal, set it up, served everything and cleaned up the kitchen to look like they had never been there. We hosted 60 guests and everyone raved about the food. We had exactly the amount we needed with enough leftover to enjoy for a late night snack and lunch the next day. Kevin and his lovely server, Kristin, arrived on time and took over my kitchen and provided my 10 guest dinner party with such an amazing experience! The food was the highest quality with prime filet and fresh vegetables and cooked to perfection. They were very accommodating and cleaned up so that when they left, it was as if they hadn’t just cooked a four course dinner. I wish we could do it all over again!! We had them scheduled for a dinner tonight on 2/20 for 16 people. On 2/19 they reached out to the planner in our group and upped the price of our dinner from around $115/person to $285/person and even removed some of our menu choices. This had been planned for well over a month and left us with with almost no options with this change just 24 hours before the event. I don’t know whether to call this a bait and switch or fraudulent but I will 100% call it unprofessional and upsetting. We luckily found a replacement last minute as to not ruin our trip but would definitely warn against this company. Is this a common business practice for them to leave people without a choice and squeeze them for more money?
