I’ve been going to Herb Box since they opened years ago. Unfortunately it’s gone way down hill! Used to be so yummy & they actually cared about their customers! Not anymore! We went there for my bday lunch & the 2 of our meals (out of 4) came out about 15 min after the other 2 meals were brought. Only after asking them to bring them because the other 2 were just about finished eating. We only ordered sandwiches. It was like they completely forgot about us. Furthermore it was just lame! We had split the tuna sandwich & the bread that had been toasted was cold (obviously because it came out so late) and they had just plopped some tuna on the bread & threw some chips on the side. We should’ve gone to a cheap deli for that (would be been better anyway!) We told them it was a bday lunch. They didn’t care. We told them that the service was not ok as we had to ask them to bring the food after the other 2 were almost done eating! Again they didn’t care. They did discount the 1 sandwich but it just felt really unsatisfying ! We all left unhappy & hungry & angry that we wasted our time going there: What a bummer! What used to be a great restaurant is now just plain bad all the way around!! Way too many restaurants in town to waste time at this one!! Definitely won’t be going again. :(.

I’m not sure what happened the night we were here but it was a disaster. We had a reservation and were given the worst table they had. We saw our waiter very rarely; and at 6:30, they were out of menu items. We ordered a few apps, and the waiter returned to say one of them wasn’t possible. The ones that did arrive didn’t taste cooked or fresh. We had to flag our waiter over to order dinner, and were once again told they were out of something (quinoa this time) and our order couldn’t be fulfilled. One of the salads arrived without dressing, and when we requested it, no apologies or understanding was offered. The flatbread was raw. We planned to order dessert but the meal had taken so long and frankly, none of it was good, so we left. Maybe this was an off night but wow, what a notably horrible experience.

The Nosh board was delicious, except the quinoa rainbow salad with berries could use some change (tastes like a warm sweet grainy salad). Service was excellent, the views were spectacular especially on a lovely afternoon.
The food was excellent. You get fairly large portions. The service was great too! We will be back.

The Shea location is right next to a children's play area which is great for families, however on a Saturday it is chaotic, and a child threw their rocket ball right into my plate, smashing my sunglasses and hot sauce all over my shoes. Not necessarily the restaurant's fault but definitely was not a great experience in general.

Great restaurant. The presentation of everything coming out of the kitchen was amazing. The quality of the food was excellent for all 5 meals at our table and the portions are very generous. It's also a great environment to eat at for any occasion. Probably one of the best places I have eaten at in a long time. Try it, you won't be disappointed. One last thing the deserts are incredible and I never usually get one but they are seriously awesome looking and tasting. Enjoy
Food was very good as always but I don't know why an iced tea is now $6!? ? did it have special powers? I mean come on, this is getting ridiculous! If I had been offered one “to go” it might have made it sting less.

This has become the place my father and I have breakfast once a month. We both really enjoy the atmosphere. The food is amazing! The service is exceptional and we have been able to sit by the windows each visit. The outdoor area looks fantastic. Next month I'm betting we will sit outside!

Not so great location but the restaurant itself is very nice with the big outdoor space. The service is very subpar. The menu is ok and prices are medium high but the food in general was good.
We keep giving this location second chances because it is beautiful and we love the Old Town location. The fried chicken and chicken sliders were dry, overcooked and black. The enchiladas were barely edible with so much sauce they were soggy and lukewarm. Our server spent more time sitting at the bar than being of service. It's a big no for us in the future.

The venue is very nice and comfortable both inside and out. The menu has a wonderful selection of food. There were three of us and we each ordered something different and shared. The portions were more than adequate and exl preparation and presentation were excellent. We can't wait to go back and try some other dishes from the menu. Our service could have been better though. It looked like the server may have had too many responsibilities.
