I stop and hang out in this great spot all the time. The vibe is good, the smoothies are excellent, and the owners, family, and staff are the best! I have to watch my blood sugar and wear a GCM. My blood sugar hardly moves, and everything is too tasty to pass it up. Stop in and check it out for yourself!

I've tried Nutrition Spot in Prescott and been meaning to try this location. Today was the day. Their shakes are like a meal, highly nutritious and filling. We drank this in replace of our normal lunch today. I had the coconut French toast and my friend had the espresso coffee ice cream. Both were delicious. They also had the dry mixes to take home. Highly recommend.

The owner of the smoothie shop is amazing and she provides a wide variety of smoothie options that taste great and are filled with good amount of protein.Many of the smoothies here taste like your favorite desserts except without the guilt of unnecessary fillers or artificial sweeteners. They are definitely very healthy and nutritious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delicious smoothie in Scottsdale!

$9 for a protein shakes is outrageous. We went today and while the lady was extremely kind she completely lost me once she flashed her Masonic hand sign. This place is clearly overrated. The shake wasn’t even blended well. It had small pieces of ice throughout the entire shake and to be honest my shake I make at home is hands down better. Also I didn’t realize they use a soy based protein which for men is extremely dangerous. Soy is linked to higher estrogen levels in men and lower testosterone levels.

Great smoothie. From the flavor to the density. It didn't melt on me in seconds and it was so enjoyable I finished it before I got home. Definitely will be back to try other flavors.

Looking for something light to eat after yoga, I wandered into the Nutrition Spot. The shop was very clean with a friendly, inviting vibe. The owner was warm and sincere, asking questions about what I liked and offered many suggestions of protein shakes and energy teas.My choice of raspberry tea was flavorful and refreshing and the chocolate peanut butter protein shake smooth, rich and delicious!I've frequented other Herbalife shops but hands down, the Nutrition Spot consistently serves quality products every time! I have become a regular and drive a distance from my home, passing other shops, to come here!Bravo, Nutrition Spot for serving a consistent product with a comfortable atmosphere and super friendly staff!! ? ????

Me and my friend decided we wanted to find a place with smoothies and ran into this spot instead. I got two drinks (the serving is tiny). I requested a drink with no ice and the owner lady was so flabbergasted by my request of no ice, she responded to my request with a really uptight and rude attitude for the entire duration of my stay. I asked for a waffle was ignored. Just over all the lady made me feel unwelcome and out of place. I definitely will be finding a different Herbalife vendor!!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to her store she will make you feel like an outsider who dosent belong. Promptly after paying the lady, she dismissed me and my friend in a manner that said we were no longer welcome in her space. I felt angry upon leaving specifically because of her lack of customer service!!!!!!
