Every time I come here it’s some jerk teenage boys making inappropriate jokes and being rude, it’s always after 9 pm when I get off work. When I got off work tonight I put in a mobile order and didn’t know they closed at 10 since it let me order on the app I assumed they’d be open. When I got there, they started mocking me for asking why they were closed and being extremely rude. It was 2 males that usually work the window at night and I usually excuse their behavior but tonight was extremely uncalled for. Whoever they have working the drive through window needs to learn some manners and decency. Get them some training please !

It's a Wendy's - what do you expect? I got their potato wedges for breakfast, which are great. I also got their French Toast sticks, which I didn't particularly like.

I love Wendy's but never waited so long for my order as I did at this location. When it arrived it was incorrect and I had to wait longer for them to correct it. But at least they rushed the second correction and it arrived quickly and was delicious. I might give them another try at another time.

Calvin the cashier was beyond friendly! He went out of his way to provide me with an amazing meal and fantastic service! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! The inside was extremely clean and had an amazing ambience. Would definitely recommend this location for Wendy's lovers.

I ordered 2 combos and 2 biggie bags and I guess this must have overwhelmed them. When I got to the window the girl said "you ordered all that food" and then when I got the order, everything was just thrown in the bags. No order to anything. One bag the frys were just thrown in, no holder. They shorted me a drink and when I asked for it seemed to annoy them.

First time walking into a Wendy's in over 10 years. As I walked in, no one at the counter to assist, no one at the restaurant either. It was like going into a ghost restaurant. The food was mee and it was overly priced. Not a pleasant experience whatsoever ?

First off they said they were closed and only taking online orders, keep in mind they close at 12:00am we got here at 11:30pm. We caved in and placed the online order, once we pulled up to the window again they said they were closed, the time was 11:36pm we said we placed the order online and were picking up. He then said okay, and said that they were taking a 2 minute break and then they’d do our order. Overall; horrible costumer care. One of the worst if not the worst Wendy’s franchise in all of Phoenix.
