We love ZuZu so much we’ve been coming once a month since October 2022! They know us by sight. And, are always so welcoming. We definitely have our favorites! The show stopper shake is large enough to share amongst four people because that’s what we do!Our favorite appetizers are the cauliflower and the garlic fries! And, boy, do we love a specialty cocktail! My personal favorite from this seasons menu is the Tropical Inferno, and my husband‘s favorite is the Wildfire 21.We love the food, the ambience, and the staff! It is a great delight to catch up with them every month and find how life is progressing for each of them!Shout out to Cru, Armand, and Seta!!

We were seated quickly, and then we were ignored until I stopped a server to ask if he knew who our server was. Turns out, there was a problem with the server, so they assigned another, thankfully, and they paid for our drinks as a consolidation. Surprising that every other server that walked by us didn't stop to see if we had been helped! Lobster carbonara was meh, salmon was excellent, green chile mac & cheese with bacon was OK. High priced to a captive hotel guest.

Like others, I felt ignored at this place. My server, as far as I could tell, had only three tables. He straight up disappeared for 20 minutes -- enough time for me to finish my glass of wine -- amd then I seen him play catch up after two more tables were seated and I just asked for the chekc after waiting another 20 minutes for him to come back to me. Lousy service. I got attitude from hotel staff upon walking on amd hostess wasn't friendly. Expensive food and drinks... as others have noted, there are so many other places to dine on Scottsdale that actually try. Please patronize those places before even trying this place once

Not sure if getting reservations is really needed. We got seated at a small to top at kitchen entrance. Never had a waiter till we ask if we could see one. That was first half hour. Then someone came he left after we gave him drink order. Drinks came 20 minute later. This is place is not that big. Mayne because he was a substitute waiter that thing got so slowly.

Fantastic! Great brunch menu. Covered valet parking drop off. Very polite and helpful staff. Dinner menu is awesome with small and large plates. Live music on Saturday night. Perfect filet mignon.

Two in our group had the Salmon which is barely a snack and barely had any salmon. The whole dish is about 3 bites worth (it was on their specials menu). The burger was good. Service was ok but not special. The place itself is cool though, with a really nice retro vibe. Would go again for the atmosphere and see if the food and service would pick up a little. It was certainly not bad but just couldn't give it 5 stars, mostly because of the joke of a salmon dish.

I was seated outside on the patio by one of the managers. I can’t comment on the service because no one came to serve me. Sat there for at least 30 minutes. Finally asked to talk to a manager the manager of the manager that sat me on the patio. Her name is Nae, she was very dismissive when I talk to her about how no one had approached me. she ended up telling me that the hostess didn’t see me so that’s why no one serve me. If a manager seats you and gives you a menu and someone brings you water. You would assume that somebody knows you’re sitting there several waiters and waitresses walk by and no one said a word to me. There are so many places in old town Scottsdale to eat. I would avoid this place with a manager that is very dismissive and doesn’t really care about her patrons.

I was seated on the patio for 30 minutes, and no one approached me to see if I wanted anything. The only one was the bus boy who gave me water. Several waitresses and waiters walked by me and said nothing to me when I asked to speak to a manager, her name was Nae, she was very dismissive. Made excuses for her staff. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Must try! Service was great and the food was even better!!! I requested a drink that was not offered, the bartender offered to make it. Sometimes it's about the small things. <3

Went with a group of eight. Loved every dish! Great server, John. Will 100% be back. The only issue was that'd id like more vegetables, but the cauliflower dish and the brussel sprouts dish were both awesome. The ribs were dynamite. The bone marrow was beautiful. The chicken wings were on point. The green curry cod was knock your socks off. Even the salmon, and I'm from Washington, was fantastic! And, of course, huge dessert that everyone went nuts for.Dietary restrictions: They had lots of options to handle my diary allergy

Did a take out order. The sticky Asian ribs were delicious and huge portion ! The brussel sprouts were also very flavorful and unique with the kimchi aspect. And the wife loved their burger. Solid spot. Very lively and fun spot inside the Valley Ho Hotel.

The brunch menu is where it's at. Sat outside & listened to the birds and had breakfast here two days in a row. Pleasant servers & staff. I liked the blueberry crumbled muffin French toast the best.

Request Virg as your waitress. The food is gourmet and delicious. You will want their PARMESAN FRIES? regardless. Their CHOPPED SALAD ? was fresh and flavorful.

Loved the mid-century vibe all around. ZuZu was busy for a Tuesday night. The rush was mostly around cocktail hour and it seemed to clear out by 7pm, which is what I would expect for this part of the week. Parking was a situation, valet was $12, but I didn't have trouble finding street parking nearby. We loved the wings and mac and cheese, neither of us ate any entrees. We enjoyed the cocktails, but I wish the signature drinks were included in happy hour. Totally worth visiting for a date night, and if you're staying at the hotel, maybe start here and end up somewhere?
