The food was excellent, we had the ribs, people and service great. The website is terrible. They give you coupons then when you go to click on them they don't work. They send you discount the. They don't work. Store said they don't have anything to do with the website. Please fix this.

Ordered from Dickey's for the first time a few days ago. Will not be ordering again. The order was delivered with only half of what was ordered and without any BBQ sauce. The meat that was left was dry as the Sahara desert, particularly without any BBQ sauce. I tried to get a refund and Uber Eats told me I had to pay for the inedible meat. Tried calling the restaurant to get a full refund and heard nothing back so was left at the mercy of Uber Eats's incompetence. So it appears I am going to have to pay for an inedible meal that I threw in the trash anyway. I strongly suggest if you want BBQ in Sierra Vista to take your business elsewhere because these people apparently care nothing about the quality of their product. Update: Was contacted by someone who was apparently the Manager of the Dickey's I ordered from. Said they would rectify the situation and get back to me in 2 days. Heard absolutely nothing. Nothing from Uber Eats either. Will not be ordering with them again either.

I placed an order through their website on November 11th for $115 I was contacted 10 min later stating they were out of all meat except chicken which was the one meat I did not order. I requested a refund but was told it looked as though I ordered through a 3rd party site so they could not help. Madison has been great and really tried to help me but at this point I wish the owners would just contact me to help. I would just like my money back.Update 12/7/2023 I have sent 2 emails with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.

Here is a warranted Karenesque review:It is Saturday night. How is a barbecue place out of Brisket, Pork Ribs, and their signature side (creamed spinach) on a Saturday? It is not hard at all to forecast inventories.If I went here in person I would've not ordered and never returned. Unfortunately I ordered on UberEats so I had already paid and it was impossible to cancel myself at this point. My poor driver had to call me 3x to have me substitute things. I know it isn't her fault so I will tip extra.This "food" has not even arrived and my families dinner has already been ruined by this "experience."

The chopped brisket was delicious, nice and tender. I like the choice of BBQ sauce that you add yourself. The Cole slaw was fresh and crunchy, and that's refreshing. The young lady that took our order was friendly, most delightful.
