Placed an order through the app. Went to pick it up and the lobby doors were locked. I saw people inside but figured they would eventually see me and unlock it or bring my order out. Waited in an over and didn’t get my order. They closed the store and so my friends and I just left. Called back the next day to see what had happened and was apparently talking to the general managerShe had an attitude right off the bat and just seemed annoyed I was calling and tried to argue with everything I said. She stated that the doors were unlocked the night I went but that was obviously not the cause when I tried to open them. She said she would call me back when the manager from last night came in but I’m still waiting on that call 3 weeks later. Horrible service and obviously anyone who works there doesn’t care. As seen with the night crew and especially the general manager.
