The brisket came very thinly sliced and absolutely covered in sauce. If I had known, I would of ordered anything else. The potato salad is fair.Establishment has plenty of seating for the size.(Had to edit, changed review to 1 star. They charged me for the same meal, twice, at 39.13. The lady told me the first charge did not go through, which, clearly was a lie.)

This used to be a great BBQ place. I went in and stood there at the counter looking at the side of the woman's face - who supposedly "worked there" while she pretended not to see me as I continued to watch her enjoying her time on the computer. The smell of old grease and rancid animal fat and looking at the side of her face as she ignored me made me change my mind about wanting to eat anything from this place. She let me stand there looking at her over the counter for a good 10 minutes - finally I'd had enough of her and this hole in the wall (it used to be a good place) what a shame. As I walked out I yelled pretty loudly "thanks a lot! Bye bye!" She actually yelled back "bye!" Whoever owns this place must not want to be in business anymore - this was the second time I left because of this woman's behavior and horrible attitude. The time before I was waiting my turn behind a couple and overheard her being rude and disrespectful - she actually raised her voice at them in front of me - I left that time too.

Dingy building with no one there should have been the first red flag, but we tried it anyways and sorry we wasted money. Do not recommend.

This place is by far the worst BBQ experience I’ve ever had. They cut the brisket with the grain, rendering it inedible because it was so chewy. To make it worse, it was sliced thinly like deli meat and covered it in a disgusting bbq sauce. I’m almost certain the Mac-n-cheese was some rendition of boxed Mac-n-cheese with absolutely no seasoning at all. Icing on the cake was yesterday’s stale jalapeño cornbread that was so dry I was forced to drink my entire fountain drink to wash down a single bite. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemies. It was so bad, it was almost comical…I thought I was being punk’d for a minute. I kept waiting for Ashton Kutcher to come creeping out from the kitchen. I ended up trashing the entire plate, minus the one bite of each item I took. Just go across the street to 143 Street Tacos, they at least know how to cook.

The meat is not smoked. Everything slathered in sauce to hide that they’re probably baked or microwaved. If you are expecting actual barbecue you won’t find it here.

This place is not good! I should have know with all the red flags. The chicken is not even in the bone the throw it on your tray like slop. I couldn't even tell the difference between the chicken and the pulled pork. The place was empty at lunch time.

So old school bbq. Sides you don't find at pretend bbq joints. Real southern style. Large portions for your money.

At first glance, it appears expensive. Then you get your plate, and the portions are generous, to say the least. The pulled pork and brisket came swimming in BBQ sauce, which was disappointing(I like to try different BBQ sauces). The meat had a char taste to it, a bland burn type flavor underneath the sauce(maybe mine was burned, it's hard to tell). Their fountain soda machine is broken, so they give you canned Pepsi products. I want to like this place but this visit did not give a good impression.Oversauced to hide flavorA bit too spicy for my taste(wish I could've chosen)Canned sodas (so plan how much you drink)A bit pricey (28$ for mine)Potatoe salad was goodAmple meat portionsFriendly staff

Forget it. We went there for the first time today. Liked the extensive menu - but when we went to order (and already had our taste buds set for a particular meal) they didn't have it. Would have been easy for them to mark the big menu board with some sort of indicator that it wasn't available... And, the lady who was taking the order didn't apologize or even seem like she cared when we said we'd be leaving because we were hoping to get that particular item. Also, my wife went to use the rest room and the hallway was dark - almost creepy dark. And the lighting in the bathroom was poor also - once my wife figured out which room was the ladies rest room. We won't be going back...too many other choices.

The food was greasy, way too much sauce put on it. You can't add your own. Way too pricey for what you get. The brisket wasn't sliced, it was shaved thin. Our order was a 2 meat combo with fries, loaded potato with meat (the cheese and sour cream was extra), and 2 sweet teas. Grand total .. over $40. We tried it, but won't be back.

The brisket tasted like the microwavable dish you get at the grocery store. Way too much bbq sauce, and way too sweet. The Mac n cheese had a powdery texture. The lady working just looked annoyed.
