I recommend that serious managers be employed here. Crystal, the day time manager made it apparrent that she did not want to work there and did not care about what the customers were served. Me and my pregnant wife were served wings with chicken feathers still in them. When the issue was brought up to Crystal she simply stated that oh yeah they(the kitchen) just dumps the chicken out the box into the fryer. Didn't even show concern about it and never once stepped foot in the kitchen to investigate. She isn't exercising her authority nor does she shoe courtesy and motivation to fix the problems addressed by customers. First and last time I go to Native Grill & Wings.
