Don't know why but had never tried this local spot. Open for breakfast and lunch. Wonderful baked goods. Everything is homemade. There was a line up to get in and now we know why. Accommodating service. Good food at reasonable prices. Lots of doctors' offices in the adjacent buildings (across from the hospital). Check it out.

Staff was attentive and we were given free "chunky dunks" as first time patrons. lovely original art is hung around the cafe, wonderful dessert choices like bourbon pecan pie and a gift shop area. definitely going back to try breakfast. Also met Betty, lovely, charming and outgoing. check this place out!
