Definitely not happy with the drive thru service we had today. I pulled into the drive thru to get my family ice cream and it was… fairly busy. It was my turn to order, however the car in front of me wasn’t pulled up enough for me to actually reach the ordering speaker. I informed the women working the drive thru that I needed to pull up a little more and she gave a verbal understanding and said to let her know when I was ready. When I pulled up, I let her know I was ready to order and got no response. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 8min with no response even after saying “hello?” And “im ready to order” multiple times. I proceeded to pull up to the window and was met with confusion because she was taking the order of the car behind me. I informed them I waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and no one answered so I would like to place my order. (Unfortunately pregnancy cravings wouldn’t allow me to just leave) The young man was very kind and took my order HOWEVER, the older female who was on the drive thru headset was getting huffy and puffy because SHE didn’t do HER job. Repeatedly telling the other customers on the headset to hold on cause she had wait to fulfill my order. I understand being busy and I understand how this happening ruins the flow of the drive thru, but that is no excuse to be passive aggressive to your customers because you made a mistake.

We love going to our local Dairy Queen in Sun City West on the way home from church at night and getting a chocolate ice cream of some type. We usually do drive through but the times we have gone and eaten I side have been great. The place is always clean and well kept.

Went to the SCW location for an ice cream treat. My husband got a large chocolate cup and I ordered a Reeces Pieces Blizzard. The gentleman at the window asked if we wanted a lid to which we replied yes. He then promptly passed us the Blizzard without a lid. This usually happens, not sure why they ask but don't give a lid when you say yes, but no big deal. It was dark when we were there, so we didn't get a good look at the order. Upon arriving home, I was disappointed to find what I got was a Reeces Peanut Butter Cup blizzard.
This is a pretty nice Dairy Queen. The people were very nice and helpful. And, it was a nice place to relax while eating our meal enjoying some ice cream.

So much for the “BaSkEt” ?They advertise a lot MORE food than this!They charge more & give less AND LESS.I’m surprised there’s no lawsuit.
