Do not order inside the store! During my last visit, I was the only customer in the store with 2 cars in the drive-thru. It took 18 minutes for me to get my 2 happy meals. In the time I waited for my order, several more cars went thru, and multiple people came in and picked up online orders. It's clear they prioritize drive-thru and mobile orders over in store customers.

My granddaughter went up the slide as usual. An employee came to tell me a kid pooped on the slide and it was closed. No signs, nothing closed, he said the manager told him to leave it. No sanitary standards at all. 3.26.24 @ 600 PM

This location is in my complex where my office is. We've eaten here multiplicity of times and I'm always commenting to people how friendly this McDonald's is, how hot and crispy the fries always are, and how juicy the burgers are. I always get my food to go, but I've always been impressed by this McDonald's in comparing it to the ones that I typically eat at near my home.

This location gave me ice cold fries, and hamburgers that were so old, the buns were too hard to bite. The food looked like they took it out of the trash can, then placed it in my bag. Gross and disgusting. What's worse was the freaking attitude, I got from their employee when I called to complain. He called me a liar, this poor excuse for an employee knows he served up outdated garbage, then refused to apologize or offer to make it right. If this McDonalds employees can't handle serving hamburgers, or maintain quality assurance of the McDonald's product he should walk out, get a job that's less stressful, that doesn't require quality control, and respectable attitude towards McDonalds customers. What a disgrace, shameful.

Unfortunately the French fries were not fresh and hot.They were old and dipped again in the hot grease for just a couple of seconds.Be careful Mc Donald's.Families deserve good food when they treat their families.
