I went through the drive through and took our meal home. I've always had good luck with Popeye's but not at this location. Chicken was more breading, which tasted off, than meat. I introduced 3 new customers, and none of them will eat there again. Maybe it was just this location... I usually dine at the Gilbert stores but will definitely be rethinking my opinion of Popeye's as a whole.

This is really unacceptable, every time we order online, even 20 min before, they only start doing our order only when we arrive. Every every single time, so then what is the point of having online orders Popeyes??? That was the last time, going to KFC from now on

I must say traveling across the country by car, this is the best Popeye's chicken location I've ever been to. Jessica got our order perfect and the manager mingles with the customers, the place is clean and most important to us is our order was perfect! I will go to no other location from now on!

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting to order. When I was able to order, numerous items were not available or just hadn't been removed from the sign. This is the reason I stopped going to Popeyes. I was trying to give it another chance and nothing has changed. The food was bland and unexciting

I didn't go LOL but Popeyes is always pretty good most likely my daughter or someone in my family went. But I'll give him a five-star anyway just for their cajun chicken strips and being my kids they probably took it out so I'll put down takeout

Angel the manager & his team have great customer service. They are always on top of offering the best service you can get. RESTAURANT is always clean and friendly environment. Jessica one of the employees is always doing a great job as well. The cooks always have fresh hot food ready to serve to you .

Whoever worked drive-thru 4/24/24 is the perfect person. His voice is calming, smooth, and melodic. The chicken was a bit overcooked but still okay. The sides were delicious as I was. The pink Lemonade was not too tart and not too sweet. I should've gotten an apple pie. Condiments kindly provided.

I normally love Popeye's but my last visit, the chicken rhat was supposed to be spicy was actually tasteless AND they forgot to give me my sauce.

We went kind of late into the evening. We did have to wait just a bit for the food, but it was worth it! They were also kind and gave us free drinks.The chicken strips are so good, as are the rice and beans!
