Sat at the bar here and the bartender (I believe his name was lewis) was very attentive, clean, and got us our food and drinks incredibly fast. The only complaint was that it was TERRIBLY silent in the restaurant. Low music, nobody really talking, I could hear the kitchen staff talking to the servers, that's how quiet it was in there. Usually that's not a complaint at a restaurant, but I mean.. it's applebees, right? I don't want everybody listening to my conversation at an applebees.

Just a bad experience thought I would give it another try. My daughter's food came out late, we waited for knives. Refills were slow and they were out of Pepsi. Wings arrived with meal when they should of been out first.

Horrible service, waiters were very snotty, rude, and impatient. Food was good, the only good thing. Everyone seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Also the restrooms were absolutely disgusting, feces all over the toilet seats. This rating would be a zero if that was possible

Dry kids Alfredo with almost no sauce the chicken that was in there was cut up and resembled dog food and the chicken look like it was just boiled in water no color at all. 2 dinners with chicken and garlic green beans chicken patties were overly dry and the garlic green beans had 0 flavor they tasted nothing like garlic were overcooked and tasted just like boiled water. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

So I am here to give good honest constructive criticism. I love Applebees and I always have but I have learned a lot from watching Bar Rescue. So, the food is good no complaints however it’s the bar that needs to be under the microscope here. First of all, sitting at the bar I smell what is almost like dirty mop water and I think it’s coming from the sink. It’s been like this for the last couple of times I have been there. The big thing that is a major turnoff and I won’t mention the name of the bartender because I don’t want this individual to get in trouble but, it’s a training issue. So after I finished my beer, the bartender took my glass and dunked it in soapy water, pulled it out and then dunked it in semi soapy water and then put the glass on a rack. There was still soap residue on the glass and, there was no scrubbing of the glass. My mouth was on that glass and someone is going to drink from that glass. Please, please train the bartenders to properly take the time to clean the glasses. I want to come back because I like the food but if I do I will only drink from bottles. I encourage management to just discreetly observe from a distance and you will see what I am talking about.
