My friends and I celebrated our annual friendmas at Babbo in Surprise. The Food was amazing! The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent!

We came here for dinner and contemplated leaving to go elsewhere half way through. I ordered the lemon garlic pasta and added chicken. The chicken came out disgustingly plain. Like, literally looked like it was boiled and didn't have any seasoning. It was DISGUSTING. The lemons weren't even grilled so it was like just sliced lemons added on top? It was awful. Lacked so much flavor. I couldn't even make myself eat this so it was sent back. I ordered a Bianca pizza as a replacement. Which wasn't terrible, but they loaded it with an insane amount of garlic. I can still taste it on my breath the day after My boyfriend got the spicy Alfredo with Italian sausage and it was RUNNY. all of the sauce sat at the bottom of the bowl!? The description said it was creamy... ya, no. It was disgusting. Aaaand the cherry on top is they charge a 2.95 transaction fee to all orders. This isn't a credit card processing fee. The bartender said that's their way of "covering for inflation." AKA, just ripping you off. We will not be back.

Went to BabbO for the first time and it was horrible. We had to wait for an hour for our food. When we got it, it's by far the worst Italian food I ever had. Every thing about the food was cheap but charging top dollar. 100% would not recommend. Waste of money. Wish I could get my money back.

SEATS ARE HORRIBLE SO NO CUSHION JUST WOOD JUST BE AWARE!Just Italian food, so nothing has wow me yet. Portions are good size, but most are noodles and sause so take my opinion for my worth.....I have ate some great food and bad but this is middle of the chart food....

We had the best Valentine's dinner here tonight. Jacinda was our server, and she was fantastic! The roasted asparagus with spring salad appetizer was delicious with the focaccia dipped in oil and vinegar! Perfect way to start. For an entree, I highly recommend the braised short rib ravioli, it's a light and perfect dish, honestly one of the best pasta dishes I've had in forever!(Im so picky!) We finished with the Babbo bake, a perfect warm cookie topped with ice cream and caramel! The place is trendy pretty, roomy, and has nice lighting. We could not have been happier and it was even reasonably priced!
Great pasta and meatballs. Good deals often too. Ate some tonight actually and will eat leftovers for lunch

Called an order in for two spaghetti and meatball and I'm here to pick it up but it's not ready yet and that was called in a half hour ago and there's only six people in the restaurant???

We did it to go order and was told 20 to 25 minutes. When we got there, they said that they lost our order, and didn't have one by our names. How unorganized, and what a waste of time.

Surprise Babbos has gone downhill. Used to be great, the quality of our take out order was bad; soggy calzone with incorrect ingredients, burnt bread, missing items... nothing tasted remotely as good as previous orders. Used to get food here regularly, will not be eating here again.
