Had Breakfast here. Terrible. Paid almost $10 for a croissant sandwich that had been under the headlamp for who know how long (there were a dozen or more under the lamps and very few customers), and it was stale and soggy. The (so called) hashbrowns were cold stale and hard. The staff said they ran out of lids so my coffee ended up spilling on me. Save your money. 7-11 or AM/PM has the same quality for a 1/3 the money.

Please do not waste your time coming here. We ordered online, and when we arrived we were told that they had NOTHING on of what we ordered. I asked if he could cancel my order, and he told me that he wasn't sure and was going to deal with the other people in the drive-thru. Like what. Cancel my order so I can leave and not be forced to stay in the drive-thru. If you don't have stock of something then tell your bum of a franchise owner to disable the online purchase of it so people don't waste their time.

**Edited 2-2024I was so disappointed during our last 2 trips to this location.#1 - This location does not accept digital coupons. Boo!#2 - Bathroom was filthy and in disrepair. Fairly certain that I could return the following day and the same stains be there.#3 - Dining room was not clean either. Soda machine area had spilled liquids all over, the floors had food waste and debris on them. Tables were not freshly wiped off.#3 - If you order anything other than 'standard' be prepared to not receive the accurate thing for at least another 2-3 tries. Listening skills is certainly not strong-suit of this team.#4 - I totally understand that fast-food industry doesn't pay super well, nor do they have high standards of quality of work from their staff. BUT, that's when you get all of the problems that you have above. NO ONE CARES!10-2023Started off great when they first opened.... service was incredible, always clean and great food. Seems that there has been a steady decline in all since. Definitely room for improvements here.

I waited in the left side drive thru lane for over 20 minutes with a line behind me. I saw the right side lane get their order taken 5 times with no communication to the left lane. I eventually got fed up and drive forward without my order being taken. I let the young lady know and all she said was "okay. Have a good night". No apology. No explanation. Just "okay". I then tried to call the store to speak with a manager and the call just hung up on me. I understand being busy, but whoever was in charge of the left side ordering really dropped the ball. Wish I could give zero stars to service.

We just order drive thru. Very easy menu and only 3 item. They have forget my kids cheese burger ? and they girl who handing out ours order is bad service if u don't wanna work or enjoy your jobs. Just go home!

Definitely the King is not here. I have had Burger King from the Midwest to California, this is the worst Burger King I have had in my entire life.I don’t like to complain, but something was off about this Burger Kings food.We had ordered multiple different meals and meats, from the undercooked fries to the excessive use of mayonnaise on all the burgers, and much more, it was hard not to place a review.We have worked in fast food kitchens before and the enormous amount of wrong doing to our food was horrible and could not go unnoticed.Someone from the corporate office needs to inspect the place. (Cleanliness/Service) All Bad.
