Haven’t been to a Carls Jr in years! I went through the drive thru where I was greeted by a pleasant voice from Delilah. I asked her to give me some time since I was not familiar with their menu. I asked about the avocado bacon, Angus burger. She said it was popular, and that she personally liked it. I asked what was in it she very professionally and kindly described all the ingredients. She also made a recommendation on the strawberry lemonade. It’s rare these days to receive this kind of service. That is the reason why I am writing this review. She was very patient, professional, kind and engaging.

Had star nuggets & waffle fires. Nuggets were kind of gross. Definitely a nugget as opposed to any kind of chicken breast tender. Reminded me of Dino nuggets. Meh.

The GM was working, she was nice and engaging. My cashier was young but competent. I asked my 8 year old daughter to get her shake, but she was shy. They took the time to engage with her and make her laugh.
They screwed up my entire order. Made a complaint with headquarters and still haven't heard from them.

This location robbed me. I placed an order on the Carl's Jr app and arrived to find the store closed for lot paving. I've tried multiple times to contact Carl's Jr with no reply. The general manager didn't care and told me the app wasn't her problem. I'll never go back to this location again. I should be able to get a refund instead of disputing this on my credit card!
