My cousin said he didn’t taste anything wrong with his food. He got the burrito bowl. But he’s been super sick. He believes he got food poisoning! Not the first review you’ll see about this place getting people sick.

No one in line, rudely tells me my pickup order has to be remade then walks away laughing after i ask why politely. No one explains, or apologizes for the wait. Where is the basic customer service. Won't go unnoticed. Reporting the 2 immature girls to the GM.

Workers are so slow they move like their on drugs super slow you have one dude screaming your order at the cashier like he cannot hear himself. They barely even clean up. It’s always filthy and nasty. The workers here do not care. Managers are walking around like they don’t care. It’s awful. My bowl was garbage. I also got a burrito for my family member. Everything is cold.

Let's start with stale chips and lousy salsa! When employee put meat in my bowl I laughed and asked is that it? She actually asked do you want double meat. This is not the Chipotle of years past. To top it off the cashier kept whining about not having dollar bills! I'll never go back!!!!!

It's been awhile since I've been back & today will be my LAST.Cussing employees, DIRTY tables,POOR customer service...Food was limited & MEH.Dont waste your time and money. I really gave it a chance.Tried looking past all the things I was hearing & seeing but man , it was a DISGUSTING experience.
The fact that this cost me $13.xx is absolutely criminal. I get that prices are going up but there is 4oz of chicken on this bowl. Sad to see one of my favorites become so unreliable.

I’ve gotten the quesadillas for a long time but I come to this Chipotle and it’s online only. I am then forced to download the app, sign up, order the same thing I would have with the employee at the counter and then I have to wait for a singular employee set up at the to-go station to make the order (which I have to select a time 15 minutes from now on the app) instead of having the people at the counter who were FREE make the meal. This encounter had me spend 25 minutes to get something that would have taken 2 minutes with a human. What a horrible, non-sense system

Almost out of barbacoa. She scraped the bottom of the tray, never brought any more out.Fajita peppers were almost gone, also, no more was brought out.One of our burritos was given to somebody else in line, so we had to stand there and wait for them to make another one.Guy at register was screaming at the servers to get things. He was also rude to the customers that were trying to tell him exactly what they ordered.I ordered the fajita peppers and got exactly 2 strips of pepper!!I'm not a huge cilantro fan, but there was so much in the tomato salsa, that I could not even eat it.We've had issues with the service at this location before. I don't know why we keep going back. Time to find another location!!Oh! And the chips?? STALE!!

Usually go here for my lunch breaks but after yesterday i will not be back. When i opened my bowl it was very very watery did not taste the same or look the same. As soon as i ate the food i started to feel sick after i ended up getting major food poisoning never ever again.

Building a complete meal with guac and a drink can easily break the bank for a family outing.Overall, Chipotle hits the spot for fresh, flavorful Mexican fare, and my rice-loving kiddo is always on board. But for a 4-star rating, I'd love to see a bit more value for the price tag. Maybe they could offer smaller portion options or family deals to make it more budget-friendly for families like mine.
