Went thru the drive thru, and didn't check the order before we got home. Once home we found out that they shorted us food. Called them back, went thru what all we were shorted and Maria said we could come back and she would give us what we were shorted. We explained that we would not be back intown until the next day and she said that would be fine, she would leave a note. Next day when we arrived, and went to explain our situation, we were told that the "person in charge" told us that there was no note and and they called Maria, and was told that she already gave us what was missing even though she didn't.Very pathetic customer service, no wonder all the reviews are bad, corporate needs to look into this location. We will NOT return to this location.

True story, my husband was really pushing for KFC and I am SO glad we ultimately went to this Churches instead. All of my food was fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff was so warm and friendly. They gave plenty of dipping sauce and napkins. I never have experiences like that at fast food these days. Keep up the great work guys ♡

Editable.. barely, customer service is ridiculous, and they were rude. We went through the drive-thru and sat for 10 min before they took our order. Once we got to the window, we sat for 20 min before we got our food. They were serving everyone inside before the drive-thru. There was a line of cars behind me as well. They obviously don't know how to run a drive-thru and dining area at the same time. Maybe hire some more people. Can't say I will go back.

This store always messes up our order! I should know better. This time I ordered delivery since i don't have a vehicle tonight. 6 tenders and 8 biscuits missing and they will not have them replaced and refund denied since I can't go pick them up myself! Worker said it's a new menu item and she didn't know about the tenders...but you can read right! And the biscuits? So you didn't know that biscuits actually came with biscuits order. No help at all. The service here is horrible! I wish there was another location nearby. I will be calling manager morning

It was okay but we thought the chicken was lacking flavor, was expecting more flavor,it was our first time there, will give it another try to see if it was a wrong time to stop by.
