I ordered delivery, a medium cup and they gave me a small cup in a medium cup. Paid for a medium and got a small, basically. It wasn't even filled. This last order wasnt even the first time the cup wasn't full. Don't know who's in charge of the ice-cream but they're clearly trying to penny pinch. Won't be buying from here again.

I went to this location when the girl with blue hair was working I came in with my four-year-old. We ordered something very simple, a marshmallow ice cream with marshmallows, and Kit Kats when I asked for a plastic top for the cup for the over, flowing melting ice cream she gave my four-year-old. She proceeded to throw down the cup onto the countertop instead of having it to me, allowing the lip part of the Cubs that touches my child ice cream to hit the counter where everyone put their cards and money so when I asked her for another cup, she proceeded to throw down the 2nd cup, and that's when I asked her for 3rd when she proceeded to give it to me this Either management needs to allow people to have mental days or they need to find employees that are happy to work there or willing to work there because her attitude was uncalled for unprofessional and seemed to me that she was miserable to work there and projecting her miserable energy onto the customers

Out of multiple items so had to change my order. Seating areas was dirty and trash can was full. Was completely out of drinks in July in Arizona.

Had a welcome to the neighborhood coupon with this locations address on the back I received in the mail for 10$. When it came time to ring up order the polite young man waiting on us disappeared to back and when he returned stated his manager refuses to honor the welcome to neighborhood coupons. The 1 small and 1 medium cups came close to 20$

We were craving cold stone ice cream and drive 10 miles out of our way. We ended up leaving as the girl serving was not wearing any hair restraints. Won't be going back until this is corrected.

I dont normally complain but I'm done getting ice cream here! 1st experience my son and I order 2 scoops each we get charged $30 we thought wow prices went up. Then I order a $50 birthday cake they mess that up. 3rd trip we order 2 scoops again. We got more than the $30 trip but was only $15. Today we go in and we order 2 scoops they give us half the amount we ordered before and charge the same absolutely ridiculous! We are either being over charged or no one at that store knows what they are doing!!! Would give zero stars if I could!
Been here two separate times and both times completely out of cones and waffle bowls. As well as at least 4 flavors gone. I mean come on with the cones? It's a ice cream place.

Every time I come in they can never make me a smoothie. Either “out of ice” (not sure how you can run out of ice at an ice cream shop), or are “out of smoothie mix.” When you know it’s just because they don’t want to make a smoothie because they’re busy, after you waited in line for 15 minutes and leave with nothing.
