Food is generally pretty good. I stop at this place at least a couple times a week. They use to offer military discount. The last three times I’ve gone there the price of my Breakfast burrito keeps getting raised. I ask for my military discount the kid at the window says he can’t do it for me. So now my last visit as I get to the window the price of the burrito gets raised even higher. So I tell the kid to cancel my order and now he wants to offer me my military discount. Pretty piss poor I would say. I can tell they don’t value my service by lying to me about discounts and price. So I’ll no longer go there.

We usually enjoy our experience at Federico's but not today. I ordered my food online for pick-up. When I received my text that the food was ready I went to the store lobby was closed. The morning crew told me to drive-thru. Nobody responded. Then a couple minutes later they opened their lobby. I finally picked food up but extremely irritated by morning service.

We go once a week and order the same thing every week. The only change is that sometimes we get breakfast burritos instead of Arizona burritos on the rare occasions that I go in the morning. The price has gone up, but the quantity has gone down. There is less meat and goodies now. The flavor is still great, though. I just wish they were consistent.

I come her often the food is good the staff are nice to me. I always get the Carne asada fries and add pico. Their bathroom is really nice and clean too. This is my go to stop after a night out at a concert, bar, or some other event because they are open so late.Dietary restrictions: Gluten intolerant peeps can eat Carne fries ?

Idk man this was one of the best burritos I've had in a while. I ordered on delivery, and the burrito was well seasoned and packed full. I got a simple carne asada burrito with beans and rice and compared to the other Mexican food restaurants in the area, I'd say this one was a 9/10.

Great customer service. Cashier was efficient and courteous. Food was amazing for being a fast food restaurant. Must try!!! The location appeared clean. Clean counters. Salsa station clean and well stocked. Enough sitting and good arrangement of booths and tables.
Omg I paid 9.21 for two beef tacos the meat is old and dried and my tacos were in straight grease. Sad part is they have no refund policy. Never coming here

COCKROACHES IN RESTAURANT!! First off they don't give a generous amount of food. I always order a protein bowl and they used to fill the bowl up all the way. Now they barely fill it halfway then when i asked the 16 year old kid working if they could tell the chefs to fill it all the way, he said he couldn't lol which is bs. I paid for a bowl i expect it to be full all the way. Secondly i will no longer be eating there as the last time i went, i noticed they don't refill the soap in the bathrooms (the same bathrooms the staff use). Also i found dead cockroaches on the floor.. and one alive- when i flicked on the bathroom light, it scattered. So disgusting. From the lack of good customer service to the lack of cleanliness and pest problem, i dont know how it's still in business. Please spread the word to those who don't know.
