Service was great. The guy working the window was nice. I just wish the food was good. Carne asada was the worst I've eaten my entire life and I try all the taco chains. I ate it immediately after receiving and the meat was cold and not seared. It lacked flavor as well. Bummer

I just moved to the area, and have been going to the Avondale location for the past 2 years everything was always great, so I figured here would be the same… not at all!!I added cheese to a bean burrito and they charged 4.00 to do that… so the next time I got a burrito and enchilada dinner had them remove meat and just beans and they gave me all meat and no beans at all… all restaurants are not the same… will be going to Sun City West from now on!!

Wasted 30$ on poor service and chicken that taste like fish...clearly everything is cooked in Dirty Oil. Will.not be

friendly service but food was overall just poor quality. beans were thick paste and everything is drenched in too much cheese. carne asada was rubbery. wouldn't recommend among all the other good mexican options

Worst Filiberto’s. I ordered a carne Asada burrito and they put shredded beef instead of carne Asaad and no guacamole in my burrito.

It's great food. Can be a little pricey if you're trying to eat on a budget. Their tostadas are my personal favorite it gives a lot to eat for $7

Added chips & guacamole to my order, which was a *mistake.* The guacamole was gross. It was watery and flavorless. Chips came layered in cold shredded cheese. Worst of all it was $9, which is really a lot for chips and guac.

Went to order nachos and a quesadilla around 9 PM the other night and was told the only food that they can make after 8 PM is fried food??!!! Like what the heck ?? I have never had this experience at any other Filiberto’s, also they charge you to get the green and red sauce?? They have a giant sign on their window saying that you have to pay for extra sauce. They only give you two of each Max without having to pay. That’s just crazy. Definitely not going back to this location. I will drive the extra couple miles down the road to the one on Litchfield and Waddell. The one on Litchfield and Waddell is awesome. Great food great customer service at the one on Litchfield and Waddell and I have never been told I cannot get a quesadilla or nachos after 8 PM and they don’t charge for sauces at that location in Litchfield and Waddell. I really hope this location gets shut down soon, the food quality is usually not great and I only have ever gone to this location (bell rd and 303) out of convenience. But won’t be visiting anymore NOT WORTH IT

The lady working was rude and refused to fix my order a third time after the restaurant messed it up the previous two times. Even worse the portion of food I got in the second fix was dramatically smaller than the original and overall I am extremely

First time here, I tried the super nachos. Serving size was big, price point was $16. Okay if you were splitting for two people.
