Kids are picky. Mine are no exception to this rule. One thing my kids can ALWAYS agree on is Hot Bagels & Deli. This place is our go-to if we're doing breakfast out. Great service, phenomenal bagels (especially the bacon, egg & cheese sandwich on plain!) and just a great atmosphere. With the various photos of NYC around the deli, you get a little bit of that "New York authentic" feel to your morning, and we love it.One of our favorite family memories was from almost 5 years ago. We woke the kids up in a panic. We had overslept by an hour! We gave them mere minutes to get ready and get into the car for school. We drove, "to the school" which actually ended up being here. We'd set the clocks an hour fast to prank them because it was 4/1/19, April Fool's Day. They thought it was great! We all got to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and get to school right on time. :)

I love Hot Bagels & Deli, I eat there at least once a week and love their fresh bagel sandwiches for either breakfast or lunch. They have other breakfast plates available if you are really hungry. There are other bread choices available, too, if you want to skip the amazing bagels. Casual atmosphere that was just remodeled, great place for a quick bite to eat. The lunch sandwiches are amazing, and they are offered either hot or cold with chips and a drink for a low price. Hot Deli is definitely the place my family chooses to eat at when we are running around every weekend!!!

Unfortunately with time goes, so does the customer service.My wife & I have been going to this establishment for years.The husband ( owner ) taking orders is consistently rude to customers.Personally have been screamed at by the this man due to intentionally messing with my order not once but numerous times.This mans wife had to step in and kick her own husband out of his own restaurant for screaming at customers with a bad attitude.Shout out to the sweet wife holding the place together for this man because he's absolutely terrible at being genuinely nice to people.Serving multiple customers that came after.. then not even calling order numbers and yelling at customers having conversations by the name of“Hey you” .If you have the energy to scream at customers you should probably get their name when they order..From going almost every weekend to not even wanting to get food here anymore!Even though the food is GOOD it is definitely not worth the type of service.Save yourself the headache go somewhere that actually values their customers.Not the type of vibe you'd want in front of children.

For the 3rd time in a row, I ask for a plain bagel, toasted with jalapeño cheese. I never get the jalapeño cream cheese. They are not out of it because you can see it displayed but no matter how many time I ask for jalapeño cream cheese, I never get it
First and last time, I'm not sure how in the world this place has almost 5 stars. Place is filthy, old man has no knowledge of customer service. The way he asked us when we order was - what do you want and looked at us like we're dumb and how he told us to pick up the food when ready - go ahead. The old man and food was negative 100.

When you put on gloves usually you put them on both hands. Why put ONE glove and AND CONTINUE to touch my food with who knows what’s on your other hand. disgusting.!!! Touching money and the cash register kitchen utensils like come on.

Locally owned and very lovely people, don't miss starting a conversation with em' once you get there. I can easily say one of the best bagel (sandwiches) I've ever had. Got the egg, bacon and cheese on everything, 8 bucks man. Can't beat that.
