The waitress was amazing. She kept apologizing for how slow her the staff in the kitchen was took over an hour after ordering food to actually get it but the waitress was at least friendly enough to check up on us and let us know what's going on. The food when it was finally brought to us through no fault of the waitress was bland had no flavor in the atmosphere they let too many people in at one time. Props to the waitress though she was outstanding, if it hadn't been for her I would have gotten up and leftParking: The parking lot's way overcrowded for the location it's inWheelchair accessibility: Well as for wheelchair accessibility I can say they have it couldn't say how easy would be to maneuver wheelchair through the restaurant being is their constantly overcrowded.

Solid 2-3 stars on the wings. I called and requested my wings to be extra crispy, they ignored that request. The sauces just weren't that good. I got the Asian one and honey sriracha. Both sauces were just bland, not that sweet not that spicy jus kinda blahhh. It was 18 wings for like $20 with small fries so I guess the value was there. I got some mango habanero sauce on the side and was spicy and good so I recommend that! Ambiance in my hotel was nice with the wings!!!!

We ordered wings. They almost would have been better without any sauce since they were just too messy. We were really disappointed in them. They were swimming in the sauce, which was cold, that we ordered. We won't get them again.

It's inside a Chili's. Wasn't aware and wouldn't have ordered if I had known. The wings were very dry and small. Flavor was okay. Personally, I wouldn't try again. We ordered on UberEats or some app of the sort and it didn't tell me it was inside Chili's so we had a heck of a time finding the place. When we finally did find it, we parked in curbside (placed our order the same way) but they were not coming outside for whatever reason. I went inside and was attended right away. Insanely quick service (INSIDE) so props to them. Normal Chili's with a family vibe. A little loud cause of the chatter but it wasn't bothersome.

Wings were super fat and didn’t seem cooked long enough. I had two wings total and some of the soggy fries. My boyfriend in the other hand, ate about 8 wings and some fries. He is sick as heck the next day throwing up all night and into the morning. I’ve thrown up once. I would stay clear.

The wings are so fatty it’s absolutely disgusting. The flavor of the wings was OK but the second you bite into it it’s just gooey nasty fat. And the fries soggy from being in the same thing as the wings drenched in the sauce
Fries were cold shriveled and just small pieces of curly fries. Wings were cold and a couple of them were just breading and supper hard, no meat.
