I order on the mobile app and do pick ups at this location frequently. I've noticed multiple times that they don't pay attention to the notes. Today I asked for the sub to be cut in 4 sections and it was not. Another time I asked for extra tomatoe on a bowl and didn't recieve the tomatoes. I am not a tipper at sandwich shops, maybe I should be, it just seems silly to tip when someone is doing their job and not doing anything special. Will try the the new JM on the way to Wickenburg and see what happens.

I have to say I know the portion don't look like the ones that are on the flyer and on television and the topping are not like subway with more topping to choose from,look at this way it has to look great to get you in the door you can see how much meat is going on your sub just remember you don't have to pay for it and ask them what the freshest bread they have like all thing I go every three months I order the same thing which it look better then what is advertised sent me back $45.00 for a sub because i have to get four time the meat but the wife happy so next time if it not up on your standards don't pay for it.

went in at 10am today to get a giant roast beef sandwich. I have been a steady customer, preferring JM to Jimmy John's.The guy doing the slicing pulled out a nasty end price of beef the thickness of the sole of the shoe. I like my beef a little more rare. I asked him if he could get out another piece of beef. He said "no I have to use this up" I told him I really don't want meat of off that piece. He said "you will take what I give you"I just kinda looked at the girl working the prep station, who also had a deer in the headlights look on her face. I asked to speak to the manager and he said I am the manager. I asked for his name and he said I am not going to tell you my name. He had blk facial hair and dark hair. Who knows if he really was the manager. I dought it, managers usually have a goal to make their customers happy. I am a 66 year old senior citizen and usually don't get treated with such disregard. Any way, He was very rude young man. I won't be back to that store. It does have quite a few negative reviews. I went 1 block down to Jimmy John's and actually got a very good roast beef sandwich, just the way I like it.

I've never has a bad sub here. The bread is soft on the inside & perfectly crisp on the outside. Not so crisp that it hurts the top of your mouth, though, which is a fine line that is easy to screw up. I love that their bacon is made on the grill, but the microwave. It's always very crunchy & warm. Lots of good toppings & the jar of hot relish they sell is my secret addiction. ? We will be back many times over.

I've never been disappointed with Jersey Mike's subs! Love the different options of sandwiches and appreciate that they have gluten free bread. The only downside...is that they are spendy...so we make it a treat instead of a common place to go when eating out....but it is definitely a treat!

My Daughter says no but I am pretty sure tonight was the first time I ever ordered a sandwich from Jersey Mike's. I love a good Sub Sandwich and here they slice the meat and cheese fresh for each sandwich- old school deli style. I always get the most flavorful bread they have (Parmesan) and generally tell them to 'run it through the garden' Ok here we say 'have it Mike's way' which is lettuce, tomato slices and sliced onions plus oil & vinegar and spices. I got a Turkey Provolone- ok maybe not the wisest choice just before Thanksgiving but I must say, they hand you a pretty good sub sandwich and I will be back
