I ordered a sandwich I guess it was to confusing so I ordered 2 sandwiches one with out tomatoes I and after finally getting my order guess what tomatoes all over my wife's sandwich. So guess who got to hear about tomatoes on her sandwich! Well it wasn't the JJ workers. I would halfway understand if they were busy. But it was only me and two other people who already received their food and were eating! Food was good, order was wrong. Going there at dusk is not advisable. Signage is NOT lit so spent almost 10 mins looking for it. Brought to their attention to no avail, 3x in the last 3 months. Other eateries' signage was lit.

I’m not understanding how it is ok for Jimmy John’s to make their food on stale bread. I have received multiple sandwiches made on stale hard bread. Ruins the whole sandwich.

This will be the last time I try to order delivery from Jimmy John’s . I now understand why they removed “Freaky Fast Delivery” from their slogan. Both times that I ordered, it took an hour or more to get my food. Not worth it; if you do want to eat here, go and pick it up or dine in.

I have To say I love Jimmy John's sandwiches. But I will never go to the West bell road location again, 14155 West bell road.First off I walk in. There's 2 associates working. I say hello, no one says not 1 word back to me. The other 1's working away and the other one tells the other 1 to come help me. I didn't know it was an inconvenience.I was helped by an individual who was chomping away on his gum as he took my order. Apparently he's unaware when you're in food service, you're not allowed to chew gum and second of all, you're not allowed to chew it to where I'm actually seeing you to it very disrespectful and bad customer service.I asked for mustard on my husband's sandwich mine neglect. I forgot to say the Jimmy mustard but yet he didn't offer any mustards as well.So I ended up with yellow mustard that my husband doesn't even like. I asked for extra avocado. On my sandwich, he said it would be a dollar extra. No I got chargd a 1.29 extra. Yeah it's only 29 cents it's the principle.Then when my sandwiches were ready I Walk down to the area in which you pick them up at and I said, may I get a bag, please, he says they're right, there, so apparently I have to help myself. I shouldn't went to the back of the d*** thing and my my own d*** sandwiches. Then they would be correct again. Never again to this Jimmy John location. No matter how much I love the number 12. I will go to Jersey mikes instead. I'll be making sure I call the manager tomorrow.

Not sure if it’s THIS location, but I deleted my JJ app because of their disappointing food prep each time I order from them. I use to eat here all the time all over the valley but for some reason, this one just doesn’t know what they’re doing. Bread is either morphed, small/thin, or waaaaay overbaked. Never delivers fast. I’m just down the road…45 mins later I get a super hard thin sandwich I can’t even eat. I’m sick and I needed this, but now I have to figure something else out and I’m out $15 for a damn sandwich. Not worth it. Waste of time and money. Good luck to anyone else daring to eat here. It will be a long time before I even fathom the idea of ordering from here again.

Don't get delivery. I called after an hour of waiting and there were still eight deliveries ahead of me.Update: 1 hour 15 min
I placed an order with customizations and it deleted my changes and I got 2 sandwiches I do not want as they are wrong. I am stuck with the charge and the wrong sandwiches because "that's what you ordered". Will not eat here again as there is always some type of issue with every order.

Had a wrap ( unwich) Jalapeño Chicken with provolone and wow it was the bomb ! Everything was evenly distributed in each bite! Even presentation was appetizing! Thank you ! I will be back !

One of the best Jimmy John’s sandwiches I’ve ever had. Young man at the register named Tai helped me out. I asked for a # 6 with all of the free bees, and to my surprise he started offering a bunch of other options I’ve never been offered before. I ordered a Giant, and it was so good, I had to force myself to save a small sliver for tomorrow just so I could have it make my day again. Shoutout to this hardworking crew. Freaky Fast.

I've been a long time customer at jimmyjohns on bell road in surprise and I've always really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Recently the staff has been great. Ty and Jesenia were very helpful and enthusiastic. (They seemed very happy to be there and serve us). My number 13 with tuna was delectable. Me and my gay son had a really good time and we will definitely be back.
