“The staff here are always so nice and engaging. The store is also incredibly clean. Staff talks to our kiddos and is very helpful. We only get shakes, and they are always made perfectly. We don't live close to this location, but enjoy our time when we get the opportunity to visit.“

He went with an old-fashioned and a bear claw.We both had never tried it thinking it was just a chunky AF donuts it was actually stuffed with apple chunks. It was ? awesome. “Nekter is always A+! Everytime I order online, my order is always ready for pick up when I arrive. But the one thing that stands out to me versus some competitors (nothing is quite like Nekter) is the customer service you receive once you set foot in the door. The Nekter team always acknowledges you and ensures you are taken care of. Even if they had just been in the back, they promptly come out and immediately greet anyone that had walked in the door. If you are waiting for your online order and sit down, they call your name before putting it in the freezer. This is opposite of an experience I had at Jamba Juice earlier this week. I regretted not driving a little further to the nearest Nekter. Thank you for bringing us healthy and tasty smoothies with a smile!“

“So far I've only been once, but it was great. Was on break in the middle of an eight hour shift and went by to get fuel for a coworker and I. The drinks were ready fast and I still had plenty of time to relax on break. They tasted amazing and were refreshing. Lady at the register repeated my order, was real polite and friendly, and wasn't condescending in the slightest when I accidentally asked for something they didn't have ?? Will absolutely be going again!“
“We're at Dutch Bros often, we changed to this location once it opened and we will continue coming to this location. Service is fairly fast, the people are nice and polite. The pup cups are much larger than that mermaid coffee place and they actually show their appreciation for your pups cuteness! Best location in Surprise.“
