Definitely disappointed. Will no longer come here. We arrived and there's no cashier. Only 2 guys in the back. They didn't help. The cashier finally arrived from subway. There was like 4 other customers. We finally order. Took them 35 minutes to get the order and she still forgot the 3rd pizza. She was too busy flirting with a kid. We get our food and the wings are sooo cold. The cheese in the pizza isnt even melted..Like I get better service at domino's. Way faster. And this place is supposed to ne hot and ready. They had nothing ready. Very annoying

I’m disgusted! Found a dead bug stuck to my crust. Thought at first it was a piece of burnt crust but looked closer and I can see the legs and antenna. I will just pay the extra bucks and get me a real pizza. ?♀️ and top it off I’m pregnant.

Service is beyond pathetic. Managers has zero planning skills knowing there would be an obvious customer foot traffic knowing it’s a day of playoff football. I ordered my food 1.5+ hours ago and they are still preparing my order. I recommend utilizing a different establishment during peak events…

I ordered a pizza and waited 25 minutes only to find out that it had been sitting out for 10 minutes. After taking my child home I returned to the location to return the pizza as they were dried out. After telling me that the “pizzas we’re guaranteed for up to 30 minutes “ and refusing to give me a refund I had to threaten to bring in law enforcement for mediation after which he gave me my refund. On my way out the manager, Abraham, informed me that “kindness goes a long way”. Will not return to another little Caesers until this is addressed.
Fast and cheap. Pizza was ready when they said it was and orders are always spot

What you'd expect from Little Ceasars... decent pizza and a great price. Clean location. This one is frequently delayed during busy times past the time the app says it's ready, but never more than 10 minutes.
This specific location is a joke! Went in yesterday around 630p-7p and when ordering I could hear someone in the back screaming/singing on the top of their lungs, so loud I could barely hear the person at the counter. This went on the ENTIRE time I was there. I ordered one pizza and one breadstick, they said 15 minutes, no problem. Waited and waited then the front counter guy says um I am so sorry but they forgot to put your pizza in. He offered to have a manager refund me or I can wait 15 more minutes. I said I would wait, but I was BLOWN AWY that there was a manager actively working back there with someone screaming and being incredibly annoying. As I wait, I hear others come up to order hot and ready, none made, bread sticks, none made. When asked when they would be available they said they wouldn't be and they just needed to order. The food ended up tasting and presenting fine but the whole experience was absolutely terrible!
