My wife fish sandwich was old and hard had to drive back from 186th ave to store... everytime time there is a issue at this Mcdonalds STAY AWAY go to another Mcdonalds there is only teenagers working here no supervision I already no better to stop at this location my wife stopped because it was close to were she worked and didn't want to drive to other location

Ordered a combo meal but was told they were all out of sodas. Was told I could get water, orange juice or coffee. I ordered water. Got to the window to pay and the total seemed high. So I questioned it and was told there was a charge for the water. This makes no sense as the combo price includes a drink. You didn't have ANY soda so I was forced to pick something else. I shouldn't have to pay additional money. So they canceled my order and just charge me for the burger and fries without a drnk...which again was more than the combo meal price.I hate fast food restaurants and only stopped because I was desperate. Guess I'll starve next time.

The attitudes of the workers there are terrible. All I did was ask for my receipt and I got an eye roll, a window slam and then she pulled the window open and goes HERE. Like girl. Wow. Sorry you work at McDonald's but have some class.

Used to be one of the best places to have coffee, young lady named Jackie always has a bad attitude and personality Jackie she can see you standing at the register and will never ask for my order. The front Cashier has one of the best customer service attitude and personality. I don’t think the manager really cares about customers because she also sees you and just walks away. SAD !Tables & seats dirty.
