We had a party of 16 last night for my Mom's 90th Birthday(27 April 2024) and everything was tremendous, the 2 servers we had Alondra and Shyann(hope I spelled the names correct) were phenomenal they have only been there for a few days and are still training but they were spot on the entire evening we didn't have to wait for anything. They were on it! I just want to Thank the Manager for reserving our party and to the girls up front who got everything going and of course to the servers who did a tremendous job, hope they can get some of the tip and the food was outstanding .Thank You my Mom had a wonderful time.

I placed me and my family of 6 on a waitlist at 6:15pm I called at 6:19pm to request the family area table because my party is big . They assured me that table would be available when I got there. Once I get there, there is a supposedly a family that’s been waiting a hr head of us. I didn’t arrive till 6:50pm with my party of 6. They suggested to place us in a large booth instead . Absolutely not we’re not going to eat our dinner squish when the other party could’ve been offered that table.. service here sicks. why have the ability to talk to someone over the phone if they’re not listening, that’s part of customer service. They get 2 stars because now we’re sitting outside waiting for the table I request about a hour ago!

I called to make sure there was a patio before driving almost an hour here. Whoever answered the phone said yes, they have a patio. I leave soon after, with my family and my birthday crown on, and woman at the door says nobody is serving the patio it is closed. This discrepancy is negligent. And discriminatory honestly, as all 4 of us wore masks and we clearly don’t eat in public indoors. 2 hours of driving for nothing. Never eating Olive Garden again.

Awesome place! Daisy was our server and she went above and beyond
We usually have an absolutely great experience. Unfortunately, our last take-out left a deep hole in our expectations. My Zuppa Toscana was just a watery vegetable dish! Hardly any meat or potatoes! And since I had to pay extra for breadsticks that are free refill in the restaurant, im not about to waste my money here ever again. This was my wife's favorite restaurant, and after today, she will never want to get food here again

Wow, Breanna was phenomenal. She was kind, attentive, and understanding. We didn't even have to ask for anything, she was already 5 steps ahead of us. I don't remember the last time we received this type of service. We were lucky to have gotten her. Also, every employee there today was amazing! Great experience.

I went and placed an order for curbside pickup and was provided a time of 5:40 pm, I arrived at 5:40 pm and called in from the appropriate pick up location and was advised that they would let the runners know that I arrived for my food. I waited over 20 minutes and still no food came out. Finally at around 6:02 pm one of the runners asked me for my name and she said that she would be right back with my food. I finally received my food and she kept apologizing for the lateness of bringing my food to me. My food was served cold I ordered a chicken and shrimp carbonara and the shrimp was rubbery, overcooked as well as the chicken. When I pay $60 for a meal, I expect the food to be cooked properly. I will not be ordering from here again due to the lack of service.
