Food is really good. Big sized burritos. I would say it is more of the 4.5 because i wish the burritos were more tightly wrapped or more toppings. Each bite felt like all the ingredients kept pushing down since there is such open space. Still good price and great tasting proteins in the burritos.

Didn't know whether to get the shredded beef or ground beef tacos so I got both. Glad I did. The shredded beef was pretty decent but the ground beef was nasty. The 2 girls were nice and helpful though
Awesome!!... the best Mexican food I have had in a long time... you can't deny the flavor... and the service was warm... with a smile... but not just a smile... they were truly happy to serve us...thank you and I will recommend them to everybody I know...

Karen took our order. She is so friendly and pleasant! Karen is such a hard worker and kept busy cleaning in between waiting on customers. The whole restaurant sparkled! Oscar's is lucky to have Karen running the restaurant and it is obvious she takes pride in her job.

Such amazing food and service. Quality meat unlike Fredricos and filbertos. The portion sizes are big enough to share with someone. I only get my Carne Asada fries from this place.

Enchilada came out and the cheese inside was not even melted. They gave me a new one and I could barely cut it with the fork the tortilla was hard. My girlfriend got the taco salad. The steak wasn’t far from being as chewy as beef jerky. The beans tasted so much like a can of the Rosarito canned beans I even asked. The horchata machine handle was broke and tasted so sweet and thick. The Dr. Pepper overly sweet. The female owner was there and the worker translated that we were unhappy and that we said it’s the worst Mexican food we have had in Arizona. She started laughing at as when we were leaving.

Best Mexican food in surprise! We go a couple times a month. I get the bean and cheese burrito and carne Asada burrito. My husband likes the rolled tacos and break on burrito. Food is always fresh and everyone is always so nice.
