I have been to this location many times over the years. But I doubt I'll go back. I ordered a half sandwich and soup. When I got home and opened my sandwich it was literally 2 pieces of bread and 3 slices (sortof) of avocado. It was disgusting and I threw it out. Broccoli Cheddar soup was great though.

Panera is my all-time favorite place to eat. I could eat there every day. My husband and I have had lots of lunch and dinner dates at this location. We've tried the Prasada location and it is nice as well, but this location is a lot bigger. The food is always delicious. I miss the fruit punch that they used to have at the soda fountain, but I'm sure that was a decision from Corporate. Aside from that, I definitely recommend Panera and all of their high quality menu items.

This Panera takes the cake for worst service in Surprise. From consistently serving incomplete and incorrect orders, to hot food that they “accidentally” serve cold… Avoid the drive thru unless you plan on taking a bite of each item to check it before you drive off.

Panera is good but it's WAY OVERPRICED. When I saw what I got for an $8 sandwich I was shocked.... It's a HALF sandwich that fits in the palm of my hand... Yikes!! No thanks .. I'm good.

I ordered the same to breakfast items twice, the ham and egg on cinnamon crunch bagel and the Chipotle Chicken on Ciabatta. Both times the sandwiches were really well made and tasted great. The only change I would make if I was going to order the ham and egg on cinnamon crunch bagel again would be to take the option to have it be a cinnamon swirl bagel instead. The flavor of the cinnamon crunch bagel is so overpowering it really masks the taste of the egg in the ham.
