I used to love this branch but I was disappointed after todays experince. I got a box combo and literally the chicken tenders felt like nuggets from how small they were, the fries was also old chewy and cold. I hope this only happens ones, otherwise I would have to find another chicken place.

The music is a little bit too loud, and I noticed quite a few tables weren't cleaned off when I went to sit down. The staff needs to be cleaning up as soon as people leave. Other than that the food is great.

Ice cold chicken and fries, 4pm drive thru, added extra toast, then they take out the coleslaw from my caniac combo, never even mentioned coleslaw, so I tell them, no I want the combo, and an additional toast. They charge me extra, then don't put the coleslaw in. 6 people walking around doing nothing, gossiping with their coworkers not even paying attention. $22 dollars for A SINGLE MEAL. and it was wrong and freezing cold. Used to be the best fast food chicken, now is bottom of the barrel employees with no customer service experience. It's been like this the last 10 times I been here. Location will be shut down soon.

Had Raising Cane’s before in Texas and their Chicken fingers were hot, juicy, and crispy. Unfortunately this location was opposite from that. It was a soggy mess of a chicken. It seemed like they didn’t let the chicken defrost all the way before cooking it. The inside of the chicken was wet. Like it was soaking in water. Flavor seemed diluted and the batter of chicken was soggy. It was pretty disappointing because we don’t have one in our state and I was looking forward to this.
