I took my daughter there for her birthday and was so disappointed. We both ordered steak and lobster. The steak was so tough I couldn't eat mine, and the lobster had the foam on it from boiling it. The decor is old and needs cleaning and needs re-done. The waitress asked me if we were celebrating anything, and I told her my daughter's birthday. That was the end of that, no special acknowledgement or dessert. I won't be going back.

Our server was the bee's knees!! She was incredible! I think her name was dashaya? (I didn't take my copy of the receipt ;n;) she was there tonight and wore a mask, and tall. She was super nice! And the manager that helped her out later that night, Ray I believe was also awesome! Those 2 rocked!

I visited this Red Lobster location for the Endless Shrimp. The first basket of biscuits were burnt. The second basket were over baked. Dry, hard and not moist. The Shrimp Alfredo, Walt's Favorite and the Skewers were underwhelming. The Shrimp quality was not what it was from last year. The was not hot. Warm at best. It was busy and the atmosphere reflected that. Staff weren't too attentive but likely resulted from how busy they were. I will need to visit another location to determine if the shrimp quality is similar. It's very likely I won't visit this location again, sadly. Shrimp portions were smaller than last year also (2023). Likely this is resulting to them not having been prepared enough for the popularity of it in 2023 and losing money on it. I feel they opted to the $27 menu price but lower quality shrimp this year. It was ok, but feel below other experiences with other locations I've visited. Hope my honest review helps. Thanks.Wheelchair accessibility: The host sat me at a booth initially, but I'm in a wheelchair. So that didn't work and they seemed befuddled on where to seat me. I did get a table, but found that sitting a wheelchair at a booth was very odd. I would have stuck out in the aisle.

Hey, just finished! Matt was fantastic! Best waiter ever. I'm sure his brother is good too. He's just not Matt ...Dinner was great, hot and delicious again?Food was served great and hot. Everything was delicious! Big portions too.

Update: I changed it from 4 stars to 3 because the owner obviously didn't read my comment. Overall I had given a 4 star for the staff, etc., but the owner's comment did not acknowledge how terrible the lobster was!I ordered to go. Just after returning to where I was staying I began eating the dinner and the lobster was oddly lightweight and mushy. I have never experienced this anywhere before. Unfortunately I live far from this area and had no opportunity to return to the restaurant to report the disappointment.

Yesterday on the way home I decided to call ahead and order a bowl of chowder it was 2:30 pm I had not eaten all day. So I called this store. When I arrived I called to let them know that I had arrived. I also texted here. “After 20 minutes I called again. 35 minutes later still no food. I remember that the guy over the phone said: would you like to add a tip? Twice. I said no twice because I had cash…I always tip well. The biscuits were so hard so hard and dry. I’m not sure what I could have done to deserve that considering I tipped the person after waiting for over 35 minutes in the parking lot. Kinda disappointed ? not sure if I will come back.
