Been here 2 times each time my drink is disgusting. First time I was served ice and watered Carmel, I get a peppermint mocha just milk and way to much peppermint. It takes a special kind of stupid to mess up coffee.

Employee was grocery shopping and left the booth unattended until I had to get the Customer Service desk to call her over.She also told another customer that she couldn't make any more drinks after mine but they were still supposed to be open for another 35 minutes.

Took me 10 minutes to find the Starbucks inside the store. It's not easy to find it. Plus they closed 10 min before 7 so I wasted 20 minutes driving here + trying to find the place and I got no coffee

I just had a bad morning I was loading my groceries and dropped what was to be my mornings fckin savior a Carmel frap in the parkinglot all over the place cleaned it up and came back to buy a new one told him I was having a bad morning and I dropped it and he remade it without charging me I really appreciated this turned my morning around thank you so much for being kind to me.Vegetarian options: Lots of platter probsOptions for lunchKid-friendliness: Always friendly with low chairs for kidsParking: Lots of roomWheelchair accessibility: Store is wheelchair accessible and the chairs are not nailed down so they can be moved to fit a chair.Dietary restrictions: Most drinks a gluten free

It's unfortunate that Starbucks allows whoever it is to order it's inventory for this location. It's truly remarkable how often they can be out of the MAJORITY of the menu. A few weeks ago they displayed a sign claiming to be out of 15 items. Poorly managed and maintained. All a guy wanted was to get his wife her drink and this location constantly can't handle there inventory.

Where to begin... it took the cashier 15 minutes to take a two drink order. 3 people working. Emily did not bother to help her. Than my barista was doing my drink and Emily was taking trash out of Can. Didn't want to touch it so she had my barista stop making my drink to do her job. Unbelievable!

Went in to get drinks for my kids and myself and one of the kids asked for the mocha cookie crumble and asked for it without whipped cream. The employee (Gina) put it on anyway which is whatever, things happen. However, when I told her it was without because my kid won't eat anything with whipped cream, she decided it was fine to just scoop most of it off the top and it would be fine. I had to tell her it needed to be remade the proper way. She got very hateful that she had to do her job the right way and "forgot" to make the rest of our order. I had to ask for the rest after she moved on to the next customer and finished their full order. Will never go back to this location no matter the convenience.

Went in this morning around 8:30am and the cashier was very friendly but the blonde younger women was very unprofessional and very unfriendly my drink was made wrong I brought it to her attention and she rolled her eyes at me said I ordered it wrong ( I order the same thing weekly) and when it was remade she slammed it in front of me I said thank you very much she ignored me and gave me a very dirty look.
