no vanilla sweet cream cold foam in my drink, nobody likes getting their coffee made wrong. online customer service was no help. I had a child with me and couldn't walk in to get my drink fixed and the line was around the building.

It's Starbucks! What can I say that everyone isn't already aware of. Surroundings were fairly clean, coffee was the same as it always is, staff was attentive.
Close to home and fast friendly service. Consistent drinks. Go early to avoid the long line.

This is the only Starbucks I've literally been in the drive thru for over 30 minutes (more than 1 time). Such poor management. I'll never come to this Starbucks againParking: the drive thru impedes the drivers parked in the parking lot. Poorly laid out.

I just ordered the Peppermint Mocha and it is awful. Plain coffee with mint. Someone really screwed up making this. $6 waste of money. This location never makes the drinks correctly. I'm done going here. See pic.

i just left right now now and the lady that is serving must the most unprofessional person in life. she can’t talk nor can she ask a customer what they want. even when i tried to tell her what i wanted, she kept staring at me like i was a zombie in front of her. i regret coming here and don’t i recommend this place. u will feel very uncomfortable
