We had a great experience here. The kindest, most patient young man waited on my daughter last night. She's 11 and although she is very mature and responsible for her age, she's never made an unaccompanied in-person Subway order before. I was waiting on the car with her sick brother and sent her in with a list. She told me how this gentleman was so nice and helpful. She had an issue with our card and he also helped her figure it out. I hope his boss sees this review so he gets the recognition that he deserves!

i work at subway in Avondale and this receipt is from your store with a customer stating you guys are taking tips from the customers without their knowledge?! SUCH A SCAM!! this is not how the register should be running tips should be on the card reader screen!!

This subway is horrible. Everytime we order from this subway, they screw up the order, in one way or another. Then if you go in, they are either rude or super slow, or both. Go to the one at Litchfield and Waddell instead. Way better experience there with online orders and in person.

Stop ignoring people who walk in and walk up to to counter with nobody there, making online orders when someone is standing right in front of you is getting old 30 min to make a 6inch sub when I am the only person in the Subway, You walk in and no hello or welcome in or anything even after they finished making one online order they start another. I’m done asking them to stop and help me and then pay for terrible service. I’m done have fun dealing with Doordash.

Sandwiches are lacking on all ingredients and they took away the only sub liked, the chicken bacon ranch, then when I tried to call them all I got was the message "the person you have called doesn't have a mailbox setup" what type of crap is that, I swear all these rich jerks care about is money, we need to hit them where it hurts their wallets, I would rather make my own sub it would be way better and not a soggy limp sub

I've been a subway fan for over 20 years, and since the remodel (and new staff) this is now my worst subway location experience. My last 3 visits over the last two months has been consistent: 20 minute waits (with 0 or 1 person in front of me), hard/old bread,cold chicken terriaki meat, chips always running out, and extremely sloppy sandwichs that are just thrown into the bread.Subway is great, its just the new staff and lack of managerial oversight at this location that make it my worst subway experience. Ill drive a couple of miles for the next one from now on. :(

I like the location and staff is usually attentive. But today the young lady was clearly inexperienced in the art of sandwich making. It's actually not that difficult. I don't mind that they're busy and that I have to wait almost 10 mins to order. However, I expect detail on my sandwich. Meaning... I would like the meat to extend across my sandwich not just on one side. If you make me wait and then rush and make a messy a** sandwich that's just rude! Btw.. a guy started complaining to the girls that he gave a large bill and she didn't give him his change back. Another example of very little attentiveness and detail causing more problems. Slow down and give each customer the attention they deserve.

I love Subway and came to get one for dinner. But, it was very unsanitary.. I could see stains on the glass that separated the food from the dining area, and a fly was flying inside of their cookie display, sitting on top of the treats. Very unappetizing...I appreciate the girls behind the counter were enthusiastic, but they spend more time talking to each other. Still, I suppose nothing was wrong with the sandwiches themselves, so I couldn't say it was only one star quality.

Service sucks! The kids that work there never greet customers nor do they make an effort to acknowledge them! Instead they talk amongst themselves (loudly) about each others pay rate, how awful online orders are and other inappropriate topics that are unprofessional for any customer to witness. I hate to blame management, but these employees will never change if their manager doesn't address their poor behaviors.

Let me put you on… Spicy Italian sub 12” italian herbs and cheese bread, salami, pepperoni, Swiss cheese (heated ofc), hella spinach, red onions, cucumbers If u feelin boujee yadadimean, honey mustard nd that’s it. Also the double chocolate cookie goated.
