I am a disabled veteran. Due to my combat related ptsd and TBI, I am usually accompanied by my Service Dog, who is always in a vest with his service dog accreditation card in a visible pouch on his back.For those who don't know, a ptsd dog is trained to respond to your physical behavior and the odor of chemicals that your body releases when under stress. My dog is trained to touch me with his nose to get my attention and pull me back to the present. If I do not acknowledge him, his second attempt is a bump with his body, and his third attempt is to jump into my lap and vocalize one bark. When at a restaurant, my dog is trained to stay under the table next to my leg, so climbing into my lap is not an option.While ordering food with my wife, the bus boys started throwing dishes into the bus pan directly behind me. This crashing noises caused me to have a pted episode. When the above incident occurred, my dog had to resort to the third attempt to get me back to the present. Our waitress stated that she barely noticed it, and none of the other patrons near us were upset by his actions. Unfortunately, the manager felt it was necessary to come to our table and publicly embarrass me by stating that if my dog barked again, he would ask us to take him outside, while also stating that a service dog doesn't bark, insinuating that he was not a real service dog. While ignoring the child screaming at another table for the seventh time that had already caused two other tables to leave publicly complaining about the child.Due to the managers behavior, my wife and I decided to take our dinner and leave. I will never be returning to this restaurant.

Very friendly from front door to exiting. Had a great mango margarita and steak. Loved the staff, especially JJ our bartender and the pep rally at shift change.

If there was a 10 for service, I’d give it tothe staff !!Smiles all around, so good to see .Food was great , Mango Margarita was delish !!Way to go , will for sure be back .
Parking: Limited handicap parking and waiting customers for entry were standing in some of those. Really need to have staff to monitor lines, but not certain how you would control the children running in the parking lot, if their parents can't/don't.The steak was more gristle than meat, but what was edible was good and cooked as ordered.
Food is always wonderful. Steaks are always so flavorful. Quick service and friendly staff

Have been coming here on and off since it opened. Food is always over-salted.Today was the worst. I had the hamburger and fries and all I tasted was salt.Only good thing to eat are the rolls.The wait staff is usually very good, but the kitchen is slow.

Special shout out to Bre working in the bar! She was an absolute sweet heart. My wife accidently ordered the wrong steak and she was embarrassed to send it back. Bre noticed and took care of it with out us even having to ask!! Thank you!!

It was a bit loud but was a decent atmosphere! The food was really good....rolls seemed to be a bit raw but they brought new ones that were better. Everyone's food was great with all requests (meat temp,sides.. ect) came out perfect. Haven't been to a texas roadhouse in years but was not let down!!
