Reservation at 6pm. We arrived on time with 6 of us in our party. Three booths had also just been given menus at the same time as our party. They were parties of 2 and 3. Orders were taken. Then we waited and waited and waited. A steady trail of to-go orders were picked up. The booths were served and ate before our food started to be brought out. Our pates started being served at 7pm and came out one at a time about every 3 to 5 minutes. The food was tasty, but it didn't compensate for the extensive delay. No one apologized. Only, "It's coming now." Our elderly mother with a lot of health issues was having a hard time physically waiting for so long. We ate kind of in stages since each plate came out separately. We walked out at 7:41. Something was definitely not working correctly! We won't be coming back.

We come here all the time because the curry is always amazing! Today we ordered to go and picked up the food to take home, when we got home the chicken, potatoes and carrots were not cooked all the way, very rushed and we ordered when it was not even busy. So disappointed:(

The food was good with exception that the sprouts looked old… I did not mix it in with my phad thai which I love to do so that’s unfortunate.Service was poor I was seated with family before two other parties came in and we were the last to get waters or asked what we wanted to drink, I noticed the server went to the other table withto-go boxes and packed it for them… I had to go to the counter to ask and did it myself which I don’t mind but if they were doing that for the other tables ( not busy) then anyone would expect the same service, we were clearly done plates stacked just waitingI would go there again however because like I said aside from the sprouts and the service the food was good. No sprouts next time and taking to go no dine in for me

Ordered Pad Thai and I did not like it. The Pad Thai was swimming in sauce. I've never seen Pad Thai swimming in sauce like that in my life. It also gave me a really bad stomach ache. The service is authentic but the food doesn't seem so.

So far it's the best Thai place we've been to here in AZ. Their spring rolls are not what we are used to since they use lettuce instead of noodles. Yep, so far we've not found any place in AZ that's as good as Tom Yum .

Food was delicious (Sweet & Sour Shrimp, Summer Rolls, Noodle Soup) but took a long time to get food ordered & delivered to our table. Asked 3 times for sweet & sour sauce to dip summer rolls in but never got it. Very busy restaurant but only one waitress, 2 guys to bus tables. Had to go up to bar to get bill & pay.
Two reasons why I don't recommend this place. No Apple Pay. And the pad Thai is unbearably SWEET. I gave 2 stars because the people who work there are kind and the place looks clean. But food was mid and they need to update their payment system to accommodate current times. Thanks

The spicy duck curry is the best J in have experienced since moving to Surprise. My husband said that the pad se ew was very good and agreed that we would order take out from Tom Yum again.

The waitresses were all very nice and attentive! Great customer service! I highly recommend the Woon Sen noodles with tofu! Excellent dish!

Still a great place. When family members were visiting recently with their large Collie, we were welcomed on the patio that is shaded with a cool breeze. Staff was very accommodating and brought the dog a bowl of water. Good variety of food and you can request specific "hotness" of spice for most menu items. A great place for a full meal, just soup or salad, or just sharing a couple of appetizer dishes.
