Waited 30 minutes for two smoothies in the drive thru. The girl on the phone had the worst customer service. She didn’t know what she was talking about. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there wasn’t one.

As soon as we walked in 2 hours before closing we get told the don’t serve food 1 hour before they close. She was rude it is 8 and it says they close at 10

This is the worst location in the valley. Every time I go here my order specifications are ignored and the food is prepared sloppily. You're a nuisance to the employees the moment you walk in the door. It's frustrating when you pay extra to have certain things added into your smoothie and the requests are not met. I recently ordered a quesadilla with no onion which was ignored. Seems like they dropped the quesadilla into the bag, picked it up and put it back in the box and didn't bother to put it in a new bag. There was food and salsa all over the inside of the bag and the outside of the box and covering the napkins.

New chicken chorizo dilla looks great. Pineapple doesn't belong in there definitely cool quick bite food. Smoothie/drinks are always good but this morning you guys had a lady training a new employee. I was sitting waiting for my protein drink when I noticed no gloves or hands washed before beginning shift. Trainer failed and also did not have gloves or washed hands. Giving a 3 star because the gentleman that made my dilla was prompt and dining area was clean.

Very strange to be told a full hour before close that the cafe isn’t serving food. When I inquired if that was a common occurrence, I was told everyone who works there is under 18 and have to out by 10pm so they don’t have time to clean if they serve food until closing. The drive thru attendant could not tell me how often that occurred because she “doesn’t work everyday”.

Came in and waited and after 20 minutes of hearing girls giggle and mess around in the back, I yelled hello to try to get someone to the counter but they still continued to laugh around another 15 minutes. Worst service ever.

The Hummus Veggie wrap had no hummus. I ordered it without cheese because I can't eat dairy and it had cheese in it. The rice and beans in it were not fresh, they tasted old and reheated. This place is not good, that was the worst wrap ever, I couldn't even finish it I threw it away. I also ordered a salad for my husband and it looks horrible, the lettuce is not really fresh or green, looks kind of brown. Save your money and go somewhere else...this was a nightmare experience.

They gave me a moldy banana… Like why would you think it’s okay to give someone who’s paying for an expensive meal, a moldy banana. This has me questioning the kind of fruit this team is utilizing to make these smoothies. Not trying to be that person but I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Went in not knowing what to get. The lady was very nice and asked if I needed recommendations and gave me some and asked if I had allergies to make sure she recommended something that I could drink. She then was very nice when she paid me out, there were very quick for being late at night! Would definitely go again!! Also, the price is reasonable, minimum wage is going up, and they are made fresh with real fruit. They have to make a profit somehow. Yes, 9.65 might be a lot, but it's worth it for the freshness, and there one size is a large! It's literary the price of some Starbuck drinks that are the same size.

Stopped in before heading to my nail appointment. No one was in there...customers or staffed. Waited for several minutes and no one came out of the back so I decided to leave. As I was opening the door, a young man came out of the back and didn't say a word. Very poor customer service. Should probably have a bell installed on your door.
