Super confused as to why the location says they close at 8pm…but they closed down early. 8PM should mean 8PM and not a minute before. Why post store hours and not abide by them?? Pretty disappointing ….Another lady went to the door and was turned away before closing as Welll. Horrible

Went here over the weekend. Was so excited and ended up let down. The shop was run by a bunch of rude teenagers who put little to no effort into the food. All the food tasted like it was made hours or even the day prior. I ordered a hot dog, 2 pretzel bites and a regular pretzel with drinks. The hot dog was extremely wet and soggy super disappointing. The pretzel bites were burnt and stale. I was appalled at how much it cost for pretzels and drinks. I will not be returning I have no idea how they are in business robbing people my jaw dropped at the total for mediocre food.

Everyone knows the pretzels are great but we ordered one thing of pretzels, one small pizza sauce, and one float and it was 18$ to me it was extremely overpriced and the float was not good at all. But I do love the pretzels so that's all I'd go back for. Sauce wasn't even worth it either
Don’t come here looking for a meal. Dropped 30$ for 2 for……… a light snack? Food wasn’t great the marinara for the pizza bites had some plastic melted into it and I was told “that’s how it comes”….. ew…..

Over priced and staff can't get your order correct. The pizza bits were burnt and they forgot about my coupon, which is why I went. Don't bother!

Just delicious! We showed up less than an hour before closing and they still had plenty of options available for us to choose from. We enjoy the fairly small menu, makes decisions easier lol. Also going to be trying everything on the menu.

It was a disappointment! Love Wetzel's and when we get it at the mall or outlets, it's always fresh and delicious. However, not this place. It's sad bc they are a newer establishment in Surprise and you would think they would ensure quality, especially being a newer business. We got the cinnamon bites, the dog bites, and the salted pretzel bites. The color was off putting, the bottoms were burned, most were not edible bc they had dried out so much. The food was not fresh at all. We didn't order late in the evening, this was first when they opened that day, so I have to believe that the foos was from the day prior. Everything went into the trash and it was a waste of money. Will never get anything from here again!! If i could give this place zero stars I would but Yelp is making me put in a star rating!
