Restrooms are dirty. Asked for a cup of coffee and never got one. Low on staff. Organized extremely poor. If your looking for fun time. Don't walk in this place. Customer service is very poor

We visited at around noon on a weekday and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and beautiful the building was! I will say, we had a little issue with ordering food through the app and had to go find someone to ask why it was taking so long? BUT, Austin really went above and beyond to make it right. He was so quick to do everything he could to make our experience great. He really is a gem of an employee and will be back because of his amazing customer service! Austin, thank you so much!

We love Uptown Alley!!! Mainly because of the arcade and Jared who works in the kids section and is one of a kind!! He is SO patient with all the kids, so helpful, kind, and is just amazing to my family. My kids actually ask "is Jared working?!" My daughter was working towards earning enough tickets for a Lilo & Stitch stuffed animal and as inventory became scarce, Jared held one back to give to my daughter once she hit enough tickets to purchase him. We need more people in the world like Jared!! Uptown - give this guy a raise, he's keeping customers coming and loving your arcade.

Tried a pepperoni pizza. Bad choice. It took almost an hour. The thin crust was burnt on the bottom, it was saturated with oil and was soggy. I'm addition, a bubble formed while cooking, which was not 'popped' in time which left one piece with no cheese or toppings (see photo, bottom-right piece).The margarita was ok, pretty weak though.It was $0.25 arcade night. Unfortunately they have NO retro games and no pinball. I played Jurassic Park, which was decent, and Luigi's Mansion, which had a BAD card reader. I managed to get 3 credits out of 100+ swipes.Restrooms were pretty clean, as was everything else. I am disabled, everything except the front door was accessible. No automated door or handicap entry.
For family, kids for sure! Although for having 2 bar stations, they close the bigger one during week nights. Have noticed adult crowd get togethers here, bar staff seem to just want to go home after 9. Not much places to hang out until midnight in this area, uptown could sure put more emphasis on 21+ crowd say like a thirsty Thursdays? It is a family place so I get it if never happens. No shade here, cool place to chat and play games/bowling

my grandma had a medical emergency while bowling and the staff were amazing. they treated me and my grandma with dignity and respect, helped us out in anyway they could, and made a stressful experience a little easier. they also gave us a full refund bc we couldn’t finish our game. other than that, this place is HUGE! the bowling alley is very nice, and i would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a fun family friendly place. this place also has a lot of options for adults as well!

I wanted to write a review for two people at Uptown Alley whom I see frequently, and ALWAYS go above and beyond in their interactions with myself and my family. Jake - such a nice guy, who's become a friend. Always friendly, fast, attentive - never have I met a better bartender! And Jared - always treats my kids like gold and makes their experience at the arcade that much better. He's friendly and patient and just a genuinely nice guy. Honestly the whole staff is great but these guys really stand out. They keep us coming back!!
