First time customer. Great service when taking my order. The food was definitely old. I swear I had one good curly fry the rest were crunchy and overcooked. I was so hungry though I tore the fries up. Then BAM…. I opened the chicken wrap I ordered and it was as hard as a rock. I recorded a video but can’t post it. How do you feel comfortable handing that to a customer? These meats are not meat-ing. Fail. I’m disappointed and won’t ever go back. $15!! :(

Ordered a beef b cheddar with mozzarella sticks. All beef with a squirt of cheddar on THE SIDE of my burger, and no marinara. It’s not that hard.

My recent visit to Arby's was incredibly disappointing. Despite walking in to no customers to be seen, I ended up waiting uncomfortably long while others who came after me were served promptly. To make matters worse, my food was served cold, indicating it had been sitting out for quite some time. What truly added insult to injury was the complete lack of acknowledgment or apology for the delay. As I watched others receive their orders and even get offered free cookies for their wait, I couldn't help but feel ignored and undervalued as a customer. The poor service and lack of consideration for customers' time and experience have left me with a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. I had hoped for a pleasant meal at Arby's, but instead, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I'm not sure I'll be returning anytime soon."

The curley fried ysed to be very good. Now it very expensive. More than half of my curly fries were what appears to be small pieces in the bags left over. The whole thing was over fried. I tried to call the restaurant and the call doesn't go through.

I always love a good roast beef sandwich, and so do my dogs. Great food, and reasonable prices with coupons. They usually have coupons in the monthly/weekly mailers. Service is always fast, and they always ask if you want whipped cream on your shake. Their jalapeño bites with bronco berry sauce,

Awful, often the food appears hardly edible, over cooked or undercooked with wrong or missing items.

My food was delicious, everything was on point! Fresh friendly service. James went above and beyond for us. That man ran my cup of cheese out the front door. Just to make sure we got it. Awesome service. Will be back!!

I visited Arby's on W Elliot Rd about a week ago, craving their roast beef sandwiches and keen on their deals. To my surprise, they were all out of roast beef and informed me of an hour wait, which was a non-starter for me. The environment was typical of fast-food joints--nothing noteworthy.Service: While the staff was pleasant and did their job, the manager was not as accommodating. When I asked if I could swap the roast beef for a different sandwich due to the unavailability and still avail the deal, the manager declined.Food: I gave it another shot three days later and managed to get my roast beef sandwich with cheese, which was pretty good as Arby's usually nails their roast beef. However, the mozzarella sticks were a letdown. Out of four, two were just fried breading with no cheese, which was super disappointing.Overall: I'm leaning towards a rating of two, maybe three stars, for this particular Arby's. The staff is good, but the manager could be more helpful, and the food experiences have been hit or miss. It's been a disappointing ride with this Arby's on two separate occasions now.

Worst experience ever at Arby’s! Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal and an extra chicken sandwich with ketchup only. Ordered lemonade for my drink. My sandwich was supposed to be like they prepare it with lettuce tomato and mayo. It had nothing on it and it tasted like it sat under a heat lamp! The French fries was a little over half full and cold. The only thing that tasted right was the lemonade. I ask the lady for a receipt you would have thought I ask for her to rope the moon. And while I was waiting for my receipt another employee came to the window and looked at me like what do you want? I told her I was waiting for my receipt and my lemonade. Over 18$ for my husband and I to each have a sandwich and share fries that were only half full. Will never stop at the Arby’s on Elliot rd again! Please train your employees there! The Arby’s in Sierra Vista has good fresh food and great employees! Very disappointed at the Tempe location ?

Just got home with my order. No cheddar on my roast beef and CHEDDAR on both sandwiches I ordered, no sauce that I asked for, no napkins. Amazing and thanks for the terrible customer experience.
